Great location but even better food in an intimate surroundings. Such a large selection of local fish and exotic flavours. Far exceeded expectations - thank you.

Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeCame for a family breakfast, bit chaotic as short of staff. The staff that were there were excellent but felt sorry for them as rushing about trying to give good service to all. Food was ok except for one order which was a breakfast roll, the food came in a burger bun, if they had said that they did not havd rolls we would have changed the order.
Ravelston House – EdinburghAn absolutely excellent meal. The scallop starters were delicious.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeCafe Fish was perfect ! The staff were friendly and welcoming . There was a lovely atmosphere and the food was outstanding . What a treat and a great way to finish our holiday on Mull.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeBest restaurant in Tobermory. We went twice and were not disappointed.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeGreat food, great service, great views!!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeHave been to Cafe Fish many times and I am always spoilt for choice and always end up with something delicious.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeMy mum lives very locally to the hotel and we’ve had a long connection over the years. We enjoyed our meal but I have a few bits of feedback which may be helpful to you. We felt the menu was rather limited and could be more varied. The format of the menu is not clear. Under beef dishes after steak pie it then said stornoway and balmoral. We had to ask the waiter what that meant. It’s not clear. There was only one chicken dish. Disappointing. I ordered the fajitas……they did not come sizzling as one would expect and I was only given 3 very small tortillas which was rather minimal! I had to ask for more which we got and was glad we weren't charged extra for them. They were also extremely spicy. I love spice but this was a bit OTT! There is much potential here. The atmosphere was lovely. The staff were very nice. But…..your menu needs a revamp. It needs to have more variety. The lounge looks lovely and I could see myself meeting a friend there for coffee. The toilets are lovely. Could you add hand lotion? Please don’t be disheartened by my comments. If there was a more varied menu I’d definitely come back. Eg……. another chicken dish…..even balmoral chicken? perhaps an “interesting” pasta; What about a fish pie? Stirling is severely lacking in good places to eat out. You could have a good mine here! All the very best for your future Kathleen Counrough
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingI had the steak pie and my partner had the macaroni. Our meals were lovely, really nice home cooked food. I would highly recommend.
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingAccommodating with booking as originally 9pm on line - start by booking as always very popular. Wife has shell fish allergy but loves fish, staff where very accommodating and familiar with allergy. Service was quick, fresh and great tasting and their specials board is quite a challenge to narrow anything down to just 1 dish. Had window seat so great view over the bay. Highlight of our visit to the town.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeIf you want something special, and I do mean special, in seafood, then Cafe Fish in Tobermory is a must to visit. The extensive menu, with ever changing specials on the blackboard, caters equally for the seafood afficionado or the "not too sure". Add in the welcoming, friendly and helpful staff (not to mention the view) and your evening's dining is complete!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeMy favourite restaurant on Mull and as always seafood was excellent. Smoked mackerel pate starter and main of scallops. It is a joy to visit this cafe - will be back!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeHad a lovely time.
Ravelston House – EdinburghLovely little restaurant, very helpful staff and the food is delicious. Can't tip on card payments which I feel isn't fair on the staff as I didn't have any cash on me. But definitely recommend.
The Golden Lion Hotel – Stirling10/10 from start to finish, we managed to secure a table for a quick bite before getting back on the ferry and we will definitely be back to make more of a night of it! My partner is Coeliac and the staff were really helpful regarding that. The menu was almost all GF and if an item wasn't GF it could be adapted. I had the Fish pie which was exceptional and my partner had the Yom Tum dish which was outstanding. To summarise - amazing food, friendly staff, great views
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeAbsolutely brilliant service and good. Me and mum went for a Sunday roast and I don't know if there's a new chef but the meal was outstanding. Chicken was tasty, full of flavour and mum said her beef was melt in the mouth. But what I really want to praise is the staff! There was a young waitress who could see we were struggling with the heat. My mum was feeling faint and the waitress made sure the AC was on and gave her a little hand held fan and brought over a massive jig of iced water quickly and checked back on us to see if we felt better. What is a shame is that we can't tip on card payments. We wanted to give a tip but didn't have any cash on us. I feel the waitering staff and chefs will be losing out on well deserved tips because of it. Hope this will change for our next visit! Thank you!
