Excellent! We stopped off here for lunch en route to Windermere. I can honestly say the food was amazing. Some of us had snacks and some had full meals- everyone said it was delicious. Very pleasant restaurant setting and very pleasant staff! Well done

Chose this again and were blessed with a lovely Sunny day to enjoy a drink in the sheltered garden/patio area before our pre booked lunch for 6. 3 Pork and 1 beef roast and other 2 being soup and sandwich with everyone well pleased. good quality, good service, good price. Craven Arms – SettleAbsolutely fantastic evening meals and cooked breakfast. I stayed two nights at Craven Arms for the Yorkshire Three Peaks. I received a very friendly welcome on arrival on Friday evening. I ordered the beef Wellington - it was superb...so much so, I ordered the same thing on Saturday night! Sunday morning's cooked breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long while. The bacon was so tasty, you can always tell when quality produce is used in a good cooked breakfast.

Yorkshire Rhubarb panna cotta and cheeseboard. Very good wine list too. Lovely meal, very nice staff, great start to our holiday in Ribblesdale.

Craven Arms – SettleMany thanks for a great dining experience in the Dales. I also had one of the inn's rooms for the night. It's always nice to be able to check in after a long day's drive, get changed and have a perfect dinner ready to sit down to, and then take a very necessary night's rest. In fact the full Yorkshire breakfast next morning was just as essential to prepare for another long day, and it definitely makes a difference to the overall quality of a holiday experience when everything goes right in terms of dining and sleeping arrangements! Fortunately somebody from the staff at Craven Arms alerted me by phone of a couple of items left behind in the room before I had driven too far down the road, so could recover them! Thanks again!

Craven Arms – SettleWe recently visited the Craven Arms for lunch and enjoyed it immensely. We had a burger and a pork Sunday roast; both meals were excellent! The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The venue itself was very nicely decorated and very clean. The beer garden at the rear was very pleasant and sheltered. All in all, we throughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it. We will be returning!

Craven Arms – SettleWe love the Craven Arms. We're not local but we caravan in the area 2 or 3 times a year and this is by far our favourite place to eat out. The food is always really good, the surroundings are lovely and the staff are brilliant. Nothing not to like!
