We visited recently for two nights whilst we were staying locally on holiday. Food and service was superb. We couldn’t have faulted any of our time there. Staff were great and very attentive. Thank you

What a lovely evening Nice warm welcome and taken straight to our table. All very well presented and comfortable. The menu was very good offered a diverse selection. The food was excellent and looked great, I would recommend it here. If I had any complaint my steak was cooked a little more than I like but it was such a great plate I had no urge to complain. Very good

Saturday 10th February 2024 was our second visit to the Craven Arms. The food was lovely, as it was on our first visit, the staff are lovely and the atmosphere is lovely. We have no complaints what so ever and will be most definitely returning in the not so distant future.

Booked for early Saturday evening we had some tapas and bread which was delicious great services and nice atmosphere we will be returning soon

Absolutely fantastic meal, we went on a Sunday for dinner. I had the whitebait starter and the slow roasted lamb for main. My boyfriend has the chicken liver parfait starter and the pork main. We then shared the clementine and lime posset for pudding as the first two dishes were substantial. The food was fantastic, the lamb was especially tender. The service was also great, the servers were really welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant area was very quiet when we were there which was very nice. Also, great value for money. Under £80 for two people with two drinks, starter, main and shared dessert. I would 100% recommend anyone going on holiday in the area to go for food here!

booked this wine bar after looking online and viewing the menu - was looking forward to a variety to choose from On arriving the menu online wasn’t what we were given and 3 of my choices had been removed! Bit disappointing and hoping we will call back once the tapas is up and running

Arrived after a long walk in the Dales on a Sunday afternoon. The service was excellent, very friendly staff and the food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Sunday Dinners - felt overpriced for the plate of food. All very tasty but minimal amount of meet and a small portion of veg was disappointing. Salads ordered weren’t salads more cheese and potatoes but still enjoyable. The restaurant was quite chilly, could have done with the heating on a little higher.

We booked for six people on Christmas Eve, for a family get together and a birthday celebration. On arrival, the bar staff were pleasant and accommodating as we did not wish to eat straight away. The service was good and there was a nice atmosphere. We were given a good large table and we were able to converse easily with each other, without loud music, which is rare these days. The food was very enjoyable and nicely presented. If I had to have a niggle, it would be. It was Christmas Eve and there was nothing on the table that said Christmas.I don't think it would take much to put a nice candle and a few sprigs of Holly on the table. However, the whole experience was very enjoyable and we would book to eat there again.
