The meal i had at Roberto's was lovely however the service left some room for improvement. There was 2 amazing male waitors, I think one may of been the owner, they were attentive and helpful however the female member of staff possibly front of house made me feel uncomfortable, pushing my drinks order, speaking over/ cutting off my friend when ordering her food before she had finished making her request and then attempting to over charge when paying the bill, suggesting we paid £20 each for a £38 bill - to then ask if we wanted to leave a tip via the card machine. She did not represent Roberto's well and it's a terrible shame as the food was fabulous and cannot be faulted neither can the two male members of staff.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal on Saturday night making the most of the 5 & 12 early bird menu. Both starters were delicious, especially the black pudding. Our mains were well presented and extremely tasty. We managed to find space for a dessert and I can definitely recommend the fabulous cheeseboard which included a great selection of including local varieties. Service was excellent and very friendly and the value for money was tremendous.

Disappointing. I ordered the Calzone. My first cut saw a load of water flow out on the plate, so the dough was wet. Generally the calzone was tasteless - wet - very little tomato sauce and not too much cheese either. On top of that, half the calzone was burnt on top. I left it. On the plus side, the service is good and a nice buzzy atmosphere, but I won’t be going again.

I'm a big fan of TT, it's arguably the tastiest food in Southport. I understand it can't be spicier due to local tastes but it's always got some extra spice if you ask. The portions are good size without being overly carb or heavy. It is a shame that you can't tip the staff without being cash (eg take cash at least for the tip).

Once again a great meal. We hadn't been for a bit but never disappoints when we go always make you feel so welcome. A very special place aa we had our wedding reception there. Great job to all that work there.

We were a group of ten celebrating a 90th Birthday party on the 11th Jan.The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was really good and we were looked after really well. All in all a very enjoyable evening. Lovely to know that it was local produce too!

This is an absolute gem. The staff were attentive, the cocktails were expertly preapred and we had starters & mains. The food was delicious, zingy, fresh and I honestly don't think I've eaten better anywhere else. We will definitely be coming again!

Always good wholesome food which is value for money and served by staff who are attentive and considerate of your needs as a diner. Would have no hesitation in recommending and will, as is usual now, revisit at a later date.
