Excellent service and value in a pleasant atmosphere. Booked a table for Saturday evening, the restaurant was quite full however the staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. We all enjoyed our meals which were tasty and good portions. The desserts were particularly yummy!

Celebrated Fathers Day with a meal at Robertos. We were a table of 8 (6 adults 2 children) The service was great - quick and attentive. The food was delicious. Large portions and everyone said how lovely the food was - we had a range of pizzas, pastas, buckets of chicken wings and ribs. The children’s portion was quite large but they enjoyed it. Food and drinks were of good value too - no complaints at all. Will definitely be back.

We booked this tiko taco as we were staying in southport overnight. The food was superb with some very good vegan options and a good range of beers. Will definatly go again next time we are in town

Not impressed. Booked for6pm for 4 people and started off very well. Attentive staff but we were the first in the restaurant. Starters and main course ordered and came out as one would expect. I had the carbonara with additional chicken for my main course. Worst I have be ever had. Tasteless. Rest of the group were reasonably happy with their starters and mains. We then waited over 35 minuets before I had to ask could we have the desert menu. Once we had finished our deserts 2 of us wanted a latte each. Over 10 minutes before we got them. This was a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was not that busy. There were also a number of items on the menu that were unavailable. Wife agrees that we will not be going back there.

Nice food and very pleasant service. Menu similar to previous owners but not up to same high standard of cuisine. Very over priced in relation to standard of cuisine and portion sizes.

Food excellent as always with friendly staff. The only off putting thing was the woman on next table vaping constantly. Mentioned to waiter who said he wasn’t sure what restaurant policy was. A bit off putting to say the least

Visited here for the first time last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed all 3 courses! My fillet steak was amazing and the salted caramel panna cotta, wow! My partner had a pizza, it was supposed to be spicy but he said it was very bland, that was the only negative but that wouldn’t stop us going back! Service was great too, very friendly!

There were 4 of us having 3 courses. Ribs brilliant. Really nice main courses and the best Afogato anywhere although possibly not the same quantity of ice cream as usual... but still amazing! Super staff. Always good. Only suggestion is to update the carpet into the 21st century... it's awful

Excellent, friendly, attentive service. Lovely atmosphere and decoration. You really feel you are dining in Italy. Very clean. Food and drinks are very good value. Home cooking with seasonal ingredients. Visited many times with husband and also with a group of ladies 'who like to lunch' Never disappointed. Always impressed. Will be returning.

Great food lovely and hot and not expensive

Visited recently to celebrate my partners birthday. Nothing has changed from what we remember. Fantastic atmosphere, delicious food and attentive staff. We both enjoyed our starters and mains. We will certainly be returning the near future. Thank you to all the staff at Dolce Vita.
