Visited on my recent birthday. Wife, daughter and husband. The meal was excellent. I had prawns to start with then the chicken stew. Both were exceptional. My daughter's pizza was a little dry and bland but the combo for my son-in-law was wonderful. Wine was good and the atmosphere very good, service efficient and cheerful. Not busy as a Sunday but would heartily recommend.

We love it here, it's our little go to place, either just the 2 of us or with the family. We go for a meal then to the cinema. Love it. Excellent service, they really look after you. Delicious food and just a lovely time as always. Thank you See you soon xXx

Four adults and 6 year old had a meal at 5pm last night 31st Oct. The food was brilliant. It always has been each time we go. Sorry that the boys are leaving. All best to new owners on Monday.

Our go to restaurant, we booked online while in Tesco's, and were seated 15 minutes later. The trout special was superb, my son usually has the carbonara with added chicken, and my wife had the risotto because the description looked so appetising, which surprised me, as she's not to keen on it, normally. She was not disappointed! We enjoyed our mains so much we squeezed in desserts, well strawberry Eton mess is surely part of your 5 a day? A warm welcome and fantastic service has us visiting more than we should, highly recommended, thanks for a wonderful Saturday evening.

Went for lunch on Friday , food was excellent , so much choice .. atmosphere and staff were fantastic . Felt very looked after .. fabulous experience . Thankyou !

Food was hot and tasty.. service was poor. We had to go to the counter to get someone to take the order we were a party of 4. The desserts came 2 at a time, they had eaten their's before the other 2 came. The desserts were expensive style over substance. Kids ice-cream was cute in a chicken.

Lovely birthday meal. Great menu lovely food staff were great very attentive and looked after us well. Nice table setting. No loud music just right to chat end enjoy a really good restaurant experience.

We went for our Anniversary celebrations and the service was amazing and the food fabulous, never had a bad meal there! Would highly recommend Master Mcgraths.

Easy to book a table online & I received confirmation very quickly. The food arrived piping hot & freshly made. Highly recommend the pasta with tuna! Staff were lovely & engaging towards our table of 5.

wow what a night! Great atmosphere, lovely staff, couldn’t do enough for you, so attentive, food was amazing , from the start with the bread board with dips to starters , mains- my steak was perfectly cooked, no fat and melts in the mouth, and a lovely surprise for desert . It was our anniversary and they brought out a little ice cream, we really couldn’t fit any desert in . So a lovely gesture. Will definitely go back again . 10/10

Excellent little place

Despite having a bad experience here just two weeks ago (they lost our order which resulted in a very long wait), we decided to give it a second chance. We checked online for availability (there was) but given that we were only 3 minutes away we decided to just drop in with our two young children. The man that greeted us said they didn’t have room for us. There was several empty tables. I explained I had literally just checked online and there was availability but he wouldn’t let us in. Sadly, we won’t be giving it a third chance.

Wow,wow,wow . Great food , great atmosphere , great service . Do not hesitate booking a meal here , trust me you won’t be disappointed . Massively family friendly and great with kids . 5 stars from us . Thank you xxx

The team may well have been short staffed, but as ever the food was excellent. With front of house stretched, there was a hint of annoyance at being asked to correct a drinks order. Never the less, too taco remains one of our favourite eateries in Southport.

Very disappointed with the service. We arrived at 19.34 and didn’t receive our starters until 20.45. We asked a passing waitress how much longer our starters were going to be as we had watched another table that arrived after us receive and eat their starters then main courses. I’m guessing our order got lost but there was no explanation and although the young waitress we stopped, apologised I felt there should’ve been some acknowledgement or an apology from the manager on duty. By the time food arrived, my hunger had passed then both courses came close together and I couldn’t finish my main course. (Which was £29).
