had the brisket Sunday lunch, my first thought was Where's the food! 2 roasters 2 pieces of tenderstem brocolli 2 parsnips which i don't like , few slices of meat which was way too peppery, and a flat yorkshire pudding honestly we won't go back

The surroundings, the food, the welcome, the decor and the pricing are all fantastic. We have been before and both times were amazing. The food is great, piping hot and they certainly don't give small plates here. Both times we had the same waitress and both times she was brilliant. We'll be back.

Really enjoyable food and friendly staff.

Booked fairly last minute as our plans to meet up with friends changed. Neither of us had been there before but we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. My husband said his fillet steak was one of the best he had had. Service was good and both our waitresses very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. There was live music on which added to the atmosphere but we were still able to chat.

Second time coming….its amazing! Brisket alone is worth booking for! Go now!

We have been to the Smokey Cow now for a number of weeks. Every time we are greeted with warm friendly smiling staff. The food is amazing, never have to wait too long for the meals and when they come they are of an excellent portion size. The drinks are served at the table too which is perfect. Have recommended to my friends and family and already they have started to go there. Highly recommend.

Visited the smokey cow with my partner and parents. The food was fantastic and service without fault with the waitress been extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was quiet but no doubt that was due to us visiting slightly earlier than what I would think is 'peak' time on a Friday. Would thoroughly recommend!

We visited as a family of 6 adults and 2 small children. We struggle to find places to eat that a nice but child friendly but at The Smokey Cow they were very welcoming. Friendly staff who gave fab recommendations on food. Food was amazing and huge portions! Didn’t have to wait too long for food either which is a bonus! Have been 3 times now and all times have been fab! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Beckbury bell ringers Xmas dinner. We were a party of 12 on a Tuesday night and were the only people in the pub. They had agreed to provide the Sunday dinner menu and the food was good and it was an enjoyable evening together. I had the brisket and it was lovely and tender. Being the only people in, the atmosphere was not "great" but the big advantage was that we could easily talk - the pub is normally noisy with little soft furnishings to soften the sound which makes it very difficult for us older generation to hear properly.

Table for 26… everyone spoke of how great the food and service was. The team were fab, nothing was too much trouble. The regulars were lovely too !!

Excellent service and excellent food

We have been here many a Sunday just because the brisket beef, is quite possibly the best we have ever tasted. Everything else is a bonus! Love love this place and the food. Thank you staff at Smokey Cow you smash it every single time x

A*** Not sure where to begin. Came for my 36th birthday tonight after my best mate recommended it. Never felt so welcomed into a restaurant, the lady serving and front of house was so lovely and friendly. Both food and drinks arrived quickly, the restaurant itself is beautiful so well put together but now for the biggest praise of the night. The food …. Wow. I’m a big guy I love my food but I didn’t know where to turn. Buffalo wings fantastic, Brisket immense but the Mac and Cheese? Genuinely best I’ve ever eaten in my life and I’ve had it in America and all over. Thank you very much for making my birthday evening a special one, I don’t imagine it will be long before I’m back.

Fab Saturday night. Excellent food, lovely menu selection, lots to choose from. Staff really friendly and attentive. Shall definitely be making a return visit. Hopefully on a Friday night when there's entertainment too,what a bonus. Can thoroughly recommend.

Excellent. It's pretty much on our doorstep yet we'd never been before simply because it's a short drive away and we always walk. Well that's changed now so we'll most definitely be going back quite often. Highly recommend that you let these guys feed you.

Family meal x 13, Adults x 10, Kids x 3. Great variety on the menu, we had many varied dishes & empty plates all round. Everyone said the food was really nice, it was great. Food, service, environment was great. Just be careful with drive to venue down lanes, but well worth the trip. Highly recommend & re are already booked to visit over Christmas. Thank you all for making our family get together a great night.
