My favourite place for a roast. Staff always friendly and the food is always very very good. We'll be back again soon.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Plough on 7 May. Beautiful tender beef, and a great selection of veg to go with it. Always a good atmosphere at The Plough, and staff, as always, were brilliant. Highly recommended for a roast dinner!

Great food and fantastic place! Inside and outside just plenty of space and eye pleasing sights/ great for walkers, dog friendly, kids friendly as gardens secluded Lots of drinks to choose from including some local breweries

Excellent food! It was a group of 5 Deaf people and we all found the quality of food are of high standards and enjoyable. The atmosphere in a historic pub is lovely and the staff very helpful as one has provided a clip board with a sheet of paper to enable us to write down our choice of menu for ease of communication. The only slight downside is a rather limited choice of desserts and also those who have requested decaffeinated coffee will only be offered with an instant coffee powder rather than filtered coffee. Apart of that, we highly recommend this pub, hence very popular at busy times.

God food, friendly, reasonably priced.

A lovely Sunday lunch with an unusual twist on bread and butter pudding - and who doesn’t like traditional English desserts?

Visited with family on 2 April. It was all brilliant. The staff were friendly. The meal was absolutely delicious-one of the best roasts I have had in a restaurant.

Had a fab lunch. Everything was spot on. Didn't realise you had such a beautiful garden and play ground. Will definitely be coming back - with grandchildren!

We booked on Mothers Day and the food was delicious, we all loved the sharing starter and the Roast dinners were brilliant! We were sat in the barn which had a lovely atmosphere. The only very minor downside is when we arrived the staff were all so busy that there was no one to greet us, we waited about 5 minutes before being greeted. Although the food and service thereafter was 5 star!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Amazing location and building. Menu and food was really lovely! A brilliant find for us to meet up with family, looking forward to coming again and enjoying the outside area too.

Fab food, fab service, fab venue. Can easily cater for coeliac/gluten free.
