Excellent venue, food, service and value for money. A bit quiet at Sunday lunchtime but suited us fine.

Excellent food and service

Fantastic lunch, fabulous food and drinks. We were served by students under supervision. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Night Ruined Booked a week in advance. Viewed menu that was on website. Had email confirmation. Sat down at table to be informed it was a set menu at a cost of £60 per person. The information about this themed event is hidden on the website and you have to actively search for it. Conformation email stated nothing about it. We left, night Ruined.

Thank you for looking after my Mum and her friend they thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and commented on how professional and helpful the staff where.

Our second visit. This time we had an enjoyable Christmas lunch with good service by the students. Soup in particular was excellent (but no bread offered) Extra gravy supplied with a smile (plus a doggy bag for a friend with a small appetite!)

A lovely fresh environment with beautiful table settings. Lots of space so room to enjoy your meal a little apart from other diners. Its a training restaurant and that adds to the experience. The service is outstanding and could teach other establishments how customers should be treated. Our only comment and we hope it is constructive is the menu choice for those of us with food restrictions. One of our party has to adhere to a gluten free diet. Generally the food was fine but to have less items than the rest of the party could be easily overcome . We had the christmas dinner so there was no alternative to the pigs in blanket and stuffing. Also the choice of pudding gluten free brownies ? Not all coeliacs like brownies but it tends to be the one and only item that is available in most places. Maybe the beautifully printed menu could identify what variations are possible. Apart from that well done to all the staff and students the restaurant is a real asset for Wrexham and we will come again

I had organised this lunch for 12 other people - all from outside the college - and everyone really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere . They found the staff really attentive and helpful mall have said they would come again. Well done to all concerned

Service fantastic, food amazing. Lacked a little atmosphere because it was quiet in the restaurant. This is a shame because the decor, lighting and layout of the restaurant is fabulous. I'll definitely go back soon

Much better third time around,,but still needs a little more attention to talking to customers. Lunch was not as previously advertised on Menu or web site. On our menu as collected from the restaurant included bread .oil etc and a pre dinner drink ,these were not on the final menu that we received on the day. A shortage of sauce on the dessert

We had a good Sunday lunch. One plate of food should have been hotter, the other had an overcooked Yorkshire pudding but overall it was of a good standard and value for money. Presentation was also good. The two meats-turkey and beef-were very good in quality and flavour. The apple crumble was excellent (but too big for me!) Service was efficient and friendly but not intrusive. The place is immaculate and very prettily decorated. We'll be back for sure. PS All the ratings below are meant to be 4.5-sorry but awkward to manipulate!

This is the third time that I have eaten here which is a good review in itself ! The food is always well prepared, presented and tasty. Lots of choice and varied so a little different from the norm. Staff are pleasant and helpful and appear to enjoy their work endeavouring to make every visit special.
