Went for lunch on International Women's Day - the menu was amazing. The food, service and experience was lovely and Caitlin (student server) was attentive and professional. Great job!

Went for afternoon tea. Delicious selection of sandwiches, pork pie, scone with clotted and cream and jam, and more. The service is first class. It's a really modern restaurant, so lovely there. Highly recommend.

We took our mum for her 85th Birthday, the food was excellent very well presented and delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional, I went there also for my birthday and will be definitely be returning there not just for the excellent cuisine but for the lovely ambience. Well done to all the staff.

First time at the Iâl Restaurant on 27/2, & it won’t be my last. I really enjoyed the vegetarian Sunday roast dinner & Crème Brûlée - absolutely delicious. I could barely move afterwards as I’d eaten every morsel! Staff were very attentive & the surroundings are lovely. If I had to be critical, the only thing I would change would be the music - it was rather loud & rock music does not really match the ambience of the restaurant. Will definitely be booking again soon.

This place is a little gem, so many positives. Great venue, friendly and helpful team on hand. Food was tasty, and excellent value for money. If you are looking fir somewhere to go that isn't a pub or fast food, this is the place to go to.

I booked a table for 3 as it was my sister's birthday. As we arrived we were give a glass of prosecco. This was my second time coming here. The watier was friendly and give all information we needed. Also the food was lovely we all had fish and chips. Would highly recommend.

Recently had a Sunday lunch at this restaurant with my wife. We both had the home made crisps as a "starter." Delicious, We had both opted for the pork loin. Huge Yorkshire puddings complimented the beautifully cooked pork, with veggies and roast potatoes. We both thoroughly enjoyed this part of the meal. Desserts were equally delicious. Well cooked and presented food, very attentive service and lovely surroundings what's not to like!

Sunday roast was nice rosters where cute, sticky toffee could do with improvement

Went for Friday lunch and the restaurant was empty, which is such a pity as the food is delicious, the waiting staff are attentive. This is my place to go for lunch. The Sunday lunch is superb., Give it a go.

Our meal was very enjoyable. Sandra’s dairy allergy was well catered for by the weighting on staff and the chef. We would definitely recommend to anyone. One small observation is that there could be a dairy free ice kept in the freezer for anyone with the same allergy or intolerance. On the whole a great experience.
