The Ridge, Shaw Leisure Park – SwindonVery disappointed. I booked a table for 2pm for my friends birthday meal. When we arrived we were told we would have to be quick as the kitchen closes at 2.15. We were then told the whole place closes at 2.30 but we wouldn't be asked to leave. I booked this and at the time of booking I saw no notification of these details. Obviously sitting and eating our meal with staff waiting to go home was not what we expected and left. I told the staff it was not their fault as they were helpful but it did not deter the disappointment this created. This has made me concerned for ever booking here again.

You will not have a better steak dinner anywhere. I have been to some very good restaurants including the Fat Duck in Bray and I would rather eat here.

A real credit to the employer. Some would consider the service to be slow but I found it excellent as it gave enough time between courses to relax and enjoy the food. Very happy with everything. Will definitely return.

A Sunday roast for father's day, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. We have visited several times now and have never been let down or felt disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Lovely atmosphere (music outside) and tables were well spaced allowing plenty of room and table privacy. Menu choices good and well priced, thank you for accepting Blue Light Card. Will definitely visit again. One slight downside - you’d run out of 0% Lager. Thank you for a lovely evening.
