Lovely food, attentive and friendly staff, and good value for money They even paid attention to the seating request for a less mobile member of the party We all ate roast dinners and will definitely be returning to see what the weekday menu is like

Waited 20 minutes for drinks order then waited another 20 for the drinks Ordered food to be told roast dinners had run out at 2pm So had to choose something else. Service was poor, food was poor, asked if we wanted cutlery (well might be useful to be able to eat food) Would not go back again was not busy at all but overall a poor experience- food was that bad for a McDonald’s on way home

Went for a roast dinner food was lovely, also waitress was nice but the only thing they didn't do was ask if you wanted any sauces. By the time someone came back to see if food was ok it was too late to ask for a sauce .

Had a delicious meal at The Freke Arms for our anniversary. Being Coeliac I am always a bit concerned when going out but they were brilliant and very on the ball. Would happily go there again. Thank you!

Cosy country pub feel with five star food. Wonderfully delicious meals, generous portions and all at reasonable prices. From melt in the mouth beef to gooey chocolate pudding everything was tasty and hot. All with outstanding customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Our first visit to the Freke Arms was excellent. The menu choice was loaded with home cooked dishes. I had the Steak and Mushroom pie with lovely proper mashed potato fresh veg and yummy gravy. Absolutely superb. My wife had the homemade Thai Fishcakes which she loved followed by the once again home made creme brûlée'. All in all an excellent lunch which has endeared us to the user friendly pub for future visits. A very talented chef. Thank you.

I love my steak, salad was lovely the sauce it's something else lovely flavour, the only not so good thing for me was the skin on chips they was overcooked.

As ad lasts another great evening at La Flambe, superb food and drinks along with great service from the friendly staff. Love going to this place as always a delicious treat.

Booked a table for my daughter and her friends for her 10th birthday and another table nearby for me, my husband and son. Food was pre-ordered and arrived quickly with no issues. I brought the birthday cake which staff added the candles and topper to and brought out, supplying a knife so that we could serve it up with the children's icecream. Great service from really friendly staff. The girls had a great time and were treated like grown-ups, they loved it. It was quiet for a Sunday but that suited us.
