First off why would some of the reviewers say 1st class etc and then rate it 3? Get rid of the sliding rule as people obviously ignore it. Totally distorts the average. This place is and always has been the best restaurant in town. During lockdown my family and myself had several sunday lunches and breakfasts all of which were superb. On Wednesday evening I went for a meal with my friend and the food, quality , price and service was fantastic (as always). I ate here at least 6 times a year and will certainly continue to do so.

The food was nice and service was fairly quick once we were at the table. Our one round of drinks almost got forgotten about though. I thought it was great that we could order through an app instead of having to go to the bar to avoid contact with other people. The atmosphere was very quiet and the pub itself felt very bland, as you walk in you have to wait to be seated but there was no staff member there so had to wait for a long time for anyone to notice us. Other than that an overall nice evening.

We have been to the Honey Bee many times and its always been great service and value for money. See you soon guy's..

We went for lunch on Bank holiday Monday. Everything felt very safe & clean with paper menus and good distancing between tables. The food & wine were amazing. Although we did get the Eat out to help out final bill, full price would have still been very reasonable. It was lovely not to be rushed and was just the right amount of time between courses. Will definitely return.

We have been here a large number of times and this time was not as good as other times I'm afraid, whether this was due to how busy they where due to the eat out to help out or what I can't tell. Although we booked we did not get a table for at least 30mins later or more. The service to the table was good and fairly quick considering how busy the where,but one of our party had brisket and it was so hard had to be sent back but was quickly replaced with a different dish to his choice as they had run out of the original. Social distancing was fairly well organised .

I have been to the HoneyBee many times and have really lovely meals. However the meal this week was very disappointing. I had liver, bacon and mash. The bacon was almost raw, they did cook it again but came back black so still didn’t eat it. The mash was so hard and claggy. Then for dessert Belgian waffle was so hard I couldn’t have cut it with a steak knife. I did complain and they offered me a free tea.

Personally my own food was nice, however one of my party ordered steak which was horrendous, full of gristle and well undercooked compared to what was requested. The Customer service was appalling. Staff were very inattentive and didn’t really know anything, when food was brought to the table, two of the sides were put down and came off the plate, when the waitress came to collect plates she did ask how the food was, and when she got told the steak wasn’t good she laughed because she thought it was a joke, when it was explained it wasn’t a joke, she offered a measly drink or desert and offered zero apology. Not really a great experience, it was a good job it was eat out to help out, as we would certainly not of paid full price. That being said regardless of whether it was 50% off or not, customer service should never change and neither should the quality of food

We had a wonderful meal, great service and the food was reasonably priced. However a negative aspect is the cost of drinks £5.30 for a bottle of beer and the wine was expensive as well.

Took my mum for brunch on Bank Holiday Monday.. Lovely little touch of having our name in scrabble letters on our table! Gorgeous food and great service! Will definitely be returning!

I took a friend out for a late birthday meal because when its was both are birthday we was in lockdown the food was grate as use that why I keep comeing back there full very safe under what be going on the servest was grate food as grate and the staff was grate as well two well visit here again soon

Great food as always and the staff went above and beyond to adapt the menu for my children.

We visited on a Saturday evening and were placed on a table in the middle of the restaurant that should never have been there. Nearly every diner had to brush past us with less than a metre distance and we almost left immediately. My wife felt terribly uncomfortable and I felt the unique charm of the place was a little lost in a very busy dining room with little distance. The tables may have been measured but the thought of how people leave and maintain a social distance was poor. The food was good, I did have issue with the service as I watched one table get served that was seated after us and it was a good 20 mins before we actually were invited to make a food order. The meal was served with triple cooked chips that were anything but triple cooked, but just normal chips. I mentioned this to the waiter and to there credit, I was not charged. Overall, not the usual standard of Ostlers. This is the third time we've dined here and I don't think we'll rush back for a while. Such a shame.

Saffron’s is always my go to restaurant for incredible food one of the only restaurants in Worcester who really know how to create a perfect evening of incredibly tasty food, relaxed atmosphere, good music and excellent service. Highly highly recommend Love from The Cooking Cowboy

Came here for our 10th Wedding anniversary, it’s a place I’ve walked past daily on the way to work for the last two years. The service was great, attentive and efficient. The food was top notch, couldn’t fault it at all. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce was to die for. The cheese board was very generous (unlike some restaurants) and the cheeses and chutney were quality. We’ll be back.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary and the birth of our tiny great niece! Greeting, service and food were excellent as always. Choice of background music is always a topic of conversation when we eat here. Felt comfortable with the social distance that was in place. Great night out - thank you!
