Our first restaurant experienced yesterday at york and it was amazing!! My daughter had a great evening and a best birthday party❤ Thank you team for making it best!!

Food is too good you over eat it’s fantastic would recommend to anyone

The food was not bad, but some things could do with improvement, such as the crab claws, which were absolutely fake and tasted like flour. The pudding/ jelly ish stuff with matcha, etc, were not nice either.

I booked because of a recommendation from a friend for my husband 50th the bookings process was fine they even offered balloon on table they never appeared I can live with that the food was nice but the service was shocking the staff were rude and arrogant my husband asked for the bill was ignored I had to ask twice there is not one good bit service I whiteness customer were coming in and the look they were getting of the staff was shocking like in convince who ever was in charge was stood by the bar with face like thunder eat jelly babies, I am a customer service manager I would be absolutely appalled if my staff carried on like that I'm really disappointed that I had write a bad review but the service just wasn't good enough

Can't knock this place good all round

Table of 6 on a Saturday night. Service started off great, then went to a shambles. Waitress was quite rude when bringing out the wrong food to 3 of us. Chips were cold and one member of our party didn’t get their food until everyone had already finished. Not great and definitely won’t return given how many restaurants there are in the area.

Went as a table for 5. Excellent service and delicious food. Unbelievable value. The lunch deal was very good with plenty to choose from and good sized dishes. A review previous says small portions?!? Plenty to eat, I would suggest they go to an all you can eat buffet…. I’d much rather have quality than quantity! This has both! We will be back I’m sure. Very busy for a Tuesday lunch but when it’s busy you know it must be good!! Thankyou for a lovely lunch!

The food was delicious and the young lady who served us was very pleasant. However, on the day we visited there were only a handful of diners and at times there were no members of staff visible to take further orders. Consequently, they missed out on further sales e.g. deserts. The place was devoid of atmosphere due to the lack of diners and the loud noise from the electric fans.

Wouldn’t recommend. Came to celebrate my daughters birthday and the food was cheap and nasty. Paid £134 for 5 of us and literally ate a couple of slices of pizza, as everything else just didn’t taste nice at all.
