Although some of the food was OK, most of it was cold and dry. The Chinese section was very disappointing and the dessert section. Even when we were at the sushi bar the man behind the counter was giving us very evil looks and make us uncomfortable. £70 for awful food and awful customer service!

Had a gorgeous lunch here .Staff very friendly and accommodating , even brought a birthday cake out free of charge for mums birthday which made her day ! Variety of food was amazing

We were a family group of 9 dining in Panda Mami for my daughter’s birthday. After an initial booking error (my original booking wasn’t on their system even though I booked in person) was sorted by a very helpful lady called Monica I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. The staff were very attentive and we were all very happy with our meal both mains and desserts though the chocolate in the fountain seemed very thin but this certainly didn’t spoil our experience.

Went yesterday lunch and some of the food quality is very poor. The noodles were very cold and we went in as soon as it opened. They also add on a voluntary gratuity they they don't tell you about until you read the receipt. Won't be back.

Food was terrible. The toilet facilities were dreadful. I complained to a manager who said that they were clean, awful attitude. Way overpriced for a midweek meal.

Unfortunately this visit to Panda Mami wasn’t enjoyable. The fridges were broken and all desserts were warm, the ice cream and panna cotta melted. When I mentioned it while paying the hostess smiled. No offer of a discount or voucher for next time.

Food was cold, wasn’t much left empty trays , was genuinely the worst meal I’ve ever had and would never return there again, definatley not worth the money and nearly refused to pay.

My family and I had an excellent time when we came for a meal on Sunday night. The food was cooked to perfection and the restaurant service was friendly and professional. Thank you for your excellent service.

Excellent food and staff. The dim sum are all delicious and the taste are exactly the same as those we have in Hong Kong. Highly recommend.

Came here for my birthday meal and we were greeted by a lovely man who quickly seated us. The staff were attentive and always smiling. The food was hot and replenished quickly when food got low. A couple small issues such as after drinks orders were taken it did take a while to get them, we were seated underneath a light that kept flickering on and off which was slightly off putting + a staff member cleaning the tables sneezed into her hands and then didn’t wash her hands. All in all I loved the place and the minor issues are quickly overlooked with how amazing the atmosphere was, we’ll be making this our monthly date night place. Thank you for making our first night out in years lovely ❤️

Wonderful choice and range of food, all cooked freshly and not just sat out waiting for some time like other all-you-can-eat restaurants I have been to before. Decent value for money, and drinks aren’t too expensive. Only negative is the lack of parking, as I have limited mobility issues, but that is York city centre for you!

Attended as part of a large group, food as always was delicious, fresh and hot. The staff were attentive and encouraged me to try new foods .

We booked for my birthday, a group of 7. Fantastic service, food and value. Portion sizes are great, friendly service, will definitely return.

Our 1st time at the restaurant not impressed sorry the food was not hot and most of the bowls were left empty slow service and very little vegetarian/ gluten free options not worth the money.
