Classy restaurant in a beautiful little market town. The Feversham Arms is hidden away behind the old church in Helmsley and has been modernised in fine style with a showcase spa and outdoor heated pool. We had a beautiful meal here, great ambience and very accomplished cooking.

For an 8-30 pm reservation no spaghetti and a pasta restaurant with only two main courses of which only one fillet steak!! Ragu good but Parmesan not offered but needed and forgot the grappa with the coffee!! Had lunch in august and really good but not now to the same standard.....disappointed and need to up their game as Piccolinos is better! Mel

Excellent lunchtime Croque Monsieur. Simple but very well done with béchamel sauce, pesto and mushrooms. Friendly service in a nice environment.

We reserved a table and when we arrived it wasn't free, we were offered a stool by the door, no free drink or discount offered at all, very disappointed! Food was also slow to arrive!

Can't believe how good the food was and the atmosphere on the restaurant, superb is the answer. Can't wait to eat there again.

The Garden of India has to be one of the best curry houses in York all food prepared freshly and all the staff are very helpful .The delivery service is spot on to never cold and always on time ..

Absolute dump. Toilets look and smell like they have not been cleaned since the dark ages. The kitchen is on par with toilets. States they sell food yet only sell frozen pizzas. Ran by a polish couple who seem to talk and laugh about punters behind backs. Surprised this place has not been shut down yet.

We tried this restauarant when we visited the area on holiday as it was a new addition to the Hi-Life Platinum restaurant listings. So glad we did as the food was excellent, possibly best meal out we've ever had, and the ambiance and service were also exceptional. It is advertised as a speciality fish restaurant, and it certainly is. We now plan to return for an overnight stay so we can enjoy a few drinks with another gorgeous dinner, as the hotel reviews also look fab. Can't wait!!!

Me and my new girlfriend ate there last week, it inspired me to propose to her in fact, lovely service, lots of parking at the rear, relaxed very friendly atmosphere, good prices, very impressive menu and beautiful food,, very much recommended,, a real GEM

Six of us had lunch together, excellent. Superb food, drinks a little on the pricey side. Good service – we are looking forward to sampling the Christmas menu!

Coté brasserie offers foods of outstanding quality and taste! Accompanied with excellent wine, it is the perfect place for a successful dinner or lunch. I speak of experience as I am French.

I've never been to this restaurant but its karma must be out of this world. Today in Leeds I was faced with carrying a bulky new 16 kg oven from the shop for 500 metres to my car . Gallant Leon stepped forward in the street and carried it for me and told me about his dads restaurant on the way . The ultimate takeaway! ! What a kind guy! If he acts like that to a stranger his customers have nothing to worry about .

A group of us visited the Inn and it was fabulous. Great atmosphere! Freshly cooked food, lovely chips homemade. Stylish venue. Ignore other negative reports, they obviously have no class and can't behave or conform to what is obviously well required rules to keep the wrong sort out!

Awful place - such a shame as it could of been great. As posted above, no swearing, no raised voices, certainly no enjoying oneself, no laughter, heaven forbid you do anything deemed as excitable! The dislike of children is also plain to see...

Lovely place. Has good quality fish and chips.

Visited 2/10/13. First time we had tried Turkish food or wine and both were delicious. It wasn't just the food. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, all the cutlery and glasses shone. Nothing was too much trouble for the charming staff who made us feel comfortable and at home. Shall definitely be returning . .

Went for the early bird menu on Saturday - great atmosphere, great food, great service. Will definitely be going again and hope to book Christmas works do there!
