Good Taste

Good Taste is the brainchild of chef Peter Sidwell. On the one hand it’s a successful deli, café and restaurant on Keswick in Cumbria. On the other, a cookery school business that brings the Lakes into the kitchen and the kitchen into the Lakes. Good Taste the venue is on two levels – an upmarket deli-takeaway downstairs and a comfortable cafe upstairs that seats up to 30 on a mixture of couches a ...more

Latest Recommendation

Talardd Arms, Llanybydder

I recently visited the Talardd Arms under new management with a new licence Victoria Lewis, and was tremendously impressed. The food was excellent, well cooked, well presented, excellent value for money, and served piping hot,( most places serve warm food), but this was superb. The atmosphere was homely and friendly, the service was excellent, and on the whole it was a very pleasant experience that I will be repeating shortly. THUMBS UP !!!

Where To Eat On Cardiff Bay

Cardiff Bay is Europe's largest waterfront development, and very impressive it is too. Okay, it may not be Sydney Harbour, but it's astonishing how the area has been transformed in recent years. Between the iconic Wales Millennium Centre, whose huge curved roof dominates the entire area, and the ultra-smart St David's Hotel along the bay are a whole array of restaurants of every shape and form. Perhaps the oldest and certainly one of the best ...more
