Wonderful curry!
Darjeeling Indian Cuisine – ShirleyWe have eaten at the Black Boy many times and have always come away feeling content. Great food and good service, ideal for families and couples. Pleasant walks near by.
The Black Boy – KnowleIt is a very good place to have a party. We had a party last week and enjoyed it very much. There are many types of food provided for you to choose from. The plate and glasses are clean, the server is so nice, she always smiles when she serves us, even when we broke a glass and she didn? get angry and quickly cleaned them. We like the place very much and will go to eat again.
Buffet Island – ErdingtonRecently my wife and I visited Itihaas, as a regular curry goer I thought I had tried almost every thing but Itihaas surprised me to no end. Food was fantastic decor excellent. For me the best in the UK!!
Itihaas Indian Restaurant – Birmingham City CentreThe food is fantastic but the service leaves something to be desired! I have been several times to this venue and twice our food orders have been 'miss placed' and we have waited over an hour for a pizza and a pasta dish! Despite the questionable service, Ask in Sutton Coldfield is an enjoyable night out!
ASK – Sutton ColdfieldI went with my boyfriend went to there celebrate my birthday. We thought it was a very good restaurant. We didn't book and then when we went there server was very friendly welcome us and quickly lead us to the table even is was Saturday during the peak time. We like the food there very much because they have many different kinds of food and the taste so good. The ambience was comfortable everyone was enjoying the meal, chatting and laughing. I was so surprised that when they knew the day is my birthday they gave us a birthday extra dessert for free. I felt so sweet and lucky .I will always remember this moment in my life. We thought the restaurant is a very high-class buffet restaurant and recommended it to everybody.
Buffet Island – ErdingtonThe best Indian restaurant that I have had food from, with the best quality of service!
Lahore – Balti TriangleWe went last Friday, the place was extremely busy at 8pm.We were welcomed and had drinks at the bar. The staff were very polite, courteous & attentive to detail. The place is very upmarket & has a great atmosphere. There is a varied menu with something for everyone...(try the India Garden Special). Much recommended!
India Garden – ErdingtonThis restaurant is perfect for a romantic night out or for a group meal. We went as a group of six and after drinks in the gorgeous bar area with an amazing crusteacea bar, were shown to a lovely table. Fantastic service - never intrusive but always anticipating our next wish, and the food is beautiful - excellently presented and imaginative without being overwhelmingly fussy.
Opus – Birmingham City CentreI chose to dine at Locanta as it is advertised in the Yellow Pages as a Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant. As my partner is Turkish I thought we should try it. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful & were delighted to be able to converse in Turkish with a customer. The food was of a high standard with an extremely varied menu including, italian & greek food. This restaurant is well worth a try whatever your tastes.
Locanta – Birmingham City CentreThe Berlioz restaurant is in the Burlington Hotel in New Street, Birmingham (formerly the Midland Hotel). The three course £23 house menu provides reasonable value. Staff were very professional yet friendly. The restaurant is all no smoking though the bar next door does allow it and drifting smoke can be a problem.
Berlioz Restaurant – Birmingham City CentreI went to buffet island for a friends meal and i thought the food was fantastic! i have never enjoyed a chinese as much as i did at buffet island.
Buffet Island – ErdingtonI went to The Royal Watan for my sons birthday party at such short notice (2hours) the staff and management were outstanding its the 1st time I have visited The Royal Watan but it wont be the last such a smart restaurant the food was the best I've ever tasted
Royal Watan – Selly OakHello, I had recently had the pleasure of visiting The Plough restaurant and I was very amazed and taken-back by my experience. The quality of service and the food is absolutely breath taking, might I add the beautiful interior is excellent. My favourite dish was the Salmon Fillet with Tabasco spiked melt. The atmosphere at The Plough is just incredible; it? the place to go if you want a good laugh! The staff are friendly very professional. You really must try it!!
Plough The – ShirleySuperb restaurant - a vast imaginative menu using the finest ingredients - great service - best Indian in Sutton by a mile
Shalbon Indian Cuisine – Sutton ColdfieldVery nice restaurant, great seting. Loads of pix of old italian/new york boxers. And the food is in big portions! Go for the meat balls!
Frankie and Benny’s – NorthfieldI cannot rave about Opus enough! My partner and I went there for Friday night. Opus offers diners a fascinating insight into the possible combination of new flavours and quality ingredients. Subtlety and refinement are the two words that best describe this modern British cuisine. The service is warm and friendly with all staff members having excellent food and wine knowledge. The atmosphere of the dining area is sophisticated with tables well spaced for privacy! Yes, the restaurant does worth every penny...this had been a classy dining out experience!
