We met here on Sunday for a family meet up, the staff were very friendly and helped us all sit together. The food was excellent fairly priced and good options for gluten free. We will return when meeting up again, highly recommended.

The restaurant was cosy with an open fire and the staff made us very welcome. The menu was interesting and the food was great except for the sweets, for example the crumble which was a bit soggy. We all agreed that it was a lovely day out and look forward to returning in the new year,

Not only are the staff friendly, but the other customers always seem very affable as well. Being vegetarians, we were pleased to have more than one option, all thoughtfully presented. Good beers (Butty Bach and Wainwrights) and a good wine selection. The dog was welcome and enjoyed his free treats. Thank you - We look forward to returning.
