Lovely setting and not rushed to finish the meal. However we were not informed prior to ordering our food and drinks that chicken or chocolate which covered at least three dishes and drinks. We then had to make alternative decisions.

Finally made it, their reputation is thoroughly deserved. Food was fresh & tasty, good to see 3 Sussex fizz's on the wine list & Jackie cared well for us.

Lovely lunch yesterday , the prawn starter was probably the best starter I have ever had , absolutely delicious .

We came over to Eastbourne for the day from Brighton, and the meal was the highlight of the trip. The space is lovely, the service excellent, and the food was exceptional. The flatbreads, sweet and sour rice, and trillionaires tarts were exceptional.

Fish and chips nice. Menu greatly reduced though. Can only have a seafood platter by buying a number of tapas-style dishes which will cost me a great deal more than a seafood platter used to cost. There wasn't much of an alternative option to these two types of meals, i.e. tapas or fish and chips. So choice very limited. A pity as the restaurant used to be so good.

We are lucky to dine at into the blue at least once month. Never disappointed with the food It's beautiful cooked & presented. Plenty of options for a coeliac . To be able to enjoy a gluten free fish & chips is a joy! Also the team are happy to adapt where possible regarding dietary issues. The lovely lady makes a super expresso martini. Service is always warm & welcoming. Highly recommended

My husband and I (plus assorted friends and family members sometimes) have been coming to Into the Blue since it began, and have enjoyed its various changes in decor and its food. We have never been disappointed! We had lunch with friends yesterday, and sampled some new dishes, including the sharing menu. The standard was excellent and were all really delicious and beautifully presented . As normal, the staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Since it’s change in menu, Into The Blue has become one of Shoreham’s best-kept secrets. Generous sharing plates bursting with flavour including lots of wonderful seafood, attentive service, good wine and an easy-going, warm ambience. Hands down the best place to eat in town.

The change in the menu style and contents is great. We have visited several times recently and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of dishes every time. We will certainly be returning on a regular basis. The staff are always friendly, efficient and welcoming so each visit is a pleasure.

Food ok for breakfast but the door desperately needs sorting out, it doesn't close properly so every time someone goes in or out it stays open 6inches until someone physically closes it. Took my nan for brunch and didn't stay long as she was freezing as its winter. Would have stayed longer, had more coffees etc but it was just too cold.

My husband and I had the most fanatic meal. Many of our family have recommended it to us over the years and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The food was incredible! Whilst the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We even spoke with the owner on a few occasions who is clearly passionate and talented ! Amazing meal, thank you!
