Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaExcellent as always. We tried the sharing platter and everything was magnificent.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaVery disappointed, we have eaten here many times before, so it was a let-down. The wine was overpriced and not very pleasant, food mediocre and the service was diabolical. The waitress stretched across our table to serve food and clear the table, rather than walking round. Just felt like the whole dining experience lacked the finesse I expected when I eat out. I understand that times are tough currently for small businesses, but the food still needs to do the talking.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-Seaeverything was first class . We all enjoyed our food , the atmosphere was good , staff very friendly & helpful . I will come again .
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaI had a lovely meal last night at The Carriage . The food was amazing, the best squid I’ve had, loved the flavours. Mushroom and halloumi burger followed and that was delicious as well. We were served by Franke. She’s so friendly and professional, a brilliant hostess. She’s an asset to any business. She very kindly made us some sticky toffee pudding which finished off the meal nicely. This was my first time here and I will certainly be going back.
The Carriage – CrawleyI was very excited to try Green Bros and the restaurant did not disappoint. I started with Falafel and a selection of dips, this was a very generous portion and the different flavours of the dips were subtle and really enhanced the falafel. I had a wrap for my main which was described as The Loaded Wrap Filled with Vegan doner meat, paprika chips and vegan cheese topped with a choice of sauces and served with coleslaw. This was amazing , however as I had eaten all of my falafel starter I couldn't manage it all our waiter kindly wrapped the remaining half for me to enjoy at home. Dessert was two scoops of sorbet, my partner however chose the sticky toffee pudding which was drenched in toffee sauce and served with ice cream. It looked amazing. This is a great little restaurant tucked away behind the Grand Hotel. I would recommend booking as it has limited space, the decor is inviting and the staff friendly and helpful.Only too keen to suggest and guide customers round the vegan menu. On the night we ate there the restaurant was quiet, probably because of major ongoing waterworks that had cut off the street. Do make the effort to park your car and walk down Compton Street to Green Bros. A treat is waiting.
Green Bro’s – EastbourneWe had a lovely evening. The staff were very patient and helped us with ordering. Food was delicious - we were all very full! Not a conventional menu but provided us with lots of chat, decisions and ultimately happiness
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe have been to Into The Blue many times over the last 10 years and it really is a lovely restaurant. The food is always exellent and the staff are very friendly. I cant recommend it highly enough. We will be back very soon.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaVery enjoyable evening, friendly service as usual
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaI was especially impressed with the service and attentiveness of the lady who welcomed us.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaSimply Excellent, very much looking forward to the start of the weekly live music.
The Bell at Iden – BattleGreat evening with our 13 year old grandson who is a foodie. The food was wonderful, fresh and imaginative. All the staff were brilliant. Thank you all.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe took friends for lunch as we know were always going to get a good meal. We weren’t disappointed. The food was superb. Our friend has a sharing taster which was excellent. I had the dover sole which was also excellent and my partner has cod and chips. All beautifully cooked. Highly recommend.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaA lovely friendly team and great food. I find I am however now tiring of the tapas style menu and would like to return more towards the previous style of menu with the small plates an option. The tables need to be large to cope with small plates and I could not understand why (when I had asked to separate out the cold and hot courses) we were given the prawn cocktail at the time of the hot dishes.
