Another wonderful meal at my favourite restaurant. Regular changes to the menu mean there is always something new to tempt diners.

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaMy wife and I took a friend on our first return visit since lockdown. The menu was more varied than previously, including meat dishes and an excellent range of fish and seafood. The service was prompt and polite and the food, as always, was of the highest quality. The wine list is reasonably priced with a good choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will return. Our guest has already recommended Into the Blue to two friends.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaSupper food and lovely meal with friendly helpful service, get yourselves down there.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-Sea2nd visit to the Carriage, this time for Mothers Day. Lovely meal, great atmosphere with live music, excellent service. Looking forward to coming back soon
The Carriage – CrawleyHave eaten here over the years since it first opened. The very high standard remains the same at every visit. Imaginative flavours and nice to share plates. The owners work really hard and it is a pleasure to eat there.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAfter many happy visits and recommendations to friends this was the first time my wife and I both agreed as we left that this was a disappointing meal, The nibbles and starter were OK but the mains were very tired, there was not a hint of roast appearance or feel on the baby roast potatoes, indeed they were very soggy and oily, The Thai fish cakes were dry inside , the cauliflower cheese tired. We both felt the food had been on the circuit a bit and tired. Probably will not be returning too soon. The waiting staff were excellent as usual.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaThis restaurant use to be something special, unfortunately my last trip things have changed for the worst, no fish platters and completely different menu, would I go back probably not just a real shame when restaurants change something that's not broken
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaI visited with a friend on 23 March for lunch. The restaurant is almost unprepossessing but that impression fades quite quickly. A starter of crispy squid was served with a fabulous aioli and the main course fish (cod and sea bass) were each cooked to perfection. Service was impeccable with helpful advice on the dishes and alternatives offered to account for my guests requirements. Full marks to everyone concerned.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-Seacannot fault charming staff and chefs it would be a wonderful experience even if the food was not as good as it is and it is superb.I could not recommend it more highly
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAs usual beautifully prepared food and friendly service
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaOur first time here and we would recommend to anyone. Lovely atmosphere, really friendly staff and the food was just out of this world. We will definitely be visiting again.

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaExcellent all round. Great choice and good quality.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWent there yesterday with my partner for lunch. Hadn’t been for a long time because of the situation. Were made very welcome. Some staff have changed but the service is still first class. Had lovely meals beautifully cooked and presented. Shan’t leave it so long for next visit. Very busy with lots of regulars. You really have to book or you won’t get in.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaReally good food in a relaxed, friendly setting
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had a really great lunch yesterday…we were given the Captain’s Table which, for 5 of us, was perfect. The menu had so much choice and included meat for those who do not want fish. We had a variety of main courses between us - fish and chips, mussels, fried cod and a pasta dish - all of which were delicious. A good choice of wines. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We are all looking forward to our next visit to Into The Blue.
