Lovely food very reasonable prices , willing and helpful staff Hope they can succeed. The only down side was we were a little cold and found the booths a little cramped.

The Carriage – CrawleyWe had a lovely family meal Saturday night to celebrate a family members 80th Birthday, From start-finish the service was fantastic, staff were all very friendly & smiley, Our food was absolutely flawless, whilst some menu items were on the pricier side it’s definitely well worth it, the majority of our party had a starter, main & desert, all eaten up and thoroughly enjoyed, Will definitely be returning again! Thank you.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaGlad to be here again with friendly staff and lovely food but why are they charging 20% vat on the bill when it should be 12 1/2% ?
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAn excellent lunch, as usual, with good special board. Have recommended many friends.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had been meaning to try this restaurant for a long time and finally got round to booking and it didn’t disappoint. Charming team , amazing specials . Definitely won’t leave it so long to book again.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaVery friendly and attentive service, imaginative menu with truly wonderful oysters. We very much enjoyed our visit to the restaurant.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaA really fantastic meal. The three of us hadn’t eaten with you for a while and it was great to see the standard hasn’t dropped. All three starters, mains and puddings were excellent as was the service and it was great to see it so busy. Our only small nag would be is that the tables are terrible close together, so we felt a little like sardines… especially as the lady sitting next to us was obviously fascinated by our conversation and ear wagged and stared through the entire meal… lucky it didn’t spoil our enjoyment and hopefully gave her something to natter about too. We will be back, hopefully soon!
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaLovely fresh seafood, friendly service
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaGreat food, great service and lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend the fruit Der mer platter, it was delicious.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had a brilliant meal, could not fault it & the service was excellent from arrival until exiting, the Boullibassie that I had was the best “ever” and I’ve eaten it in France as well as top London restaurants !
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had a delicious and innovative meal and a superb bottle of Chablis. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate particular requests. We would have been a little more comfortable if all the serving staff were wearing masks. We will certainly be back.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAlways a delight eating at Into The Blue Relaxed , friendly atmosphere and faultless food. Staff are so friendly. Our go to, walk to restaurant ☺️ Thanks guys
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaSadly again not the best night at The Carriage. Food lovely, no complaints there at all, for what we did manage to order and eat. But once again the service was dreadful. Initially attentive but after main meal check, we did not see another member of staff… note we were INSIDE, and other than one other large table we were the only people in there so certainly not over busy!!! Had to go to the bar to order desserts only to be told the kitchen had closed and only a brownie was available. At no point had we been prewarned the kitchen would close….this was just after 8.30pm! The staff were apologetic but by that time it was way too late, and we were past being impressed. Such a shame as not the first time, but sadly the staff need more training, less chat to each other, and to understand the hospitality environment and what is required from them when working in a restaurant. I won’t be returning again even though on doorstep!
The Carriage – CrawleyRestaurant was full on a Tuesday lunchtime. Cheery welcome and delicious chilled Sauvignon Blanc served promptly, followed equally promptly by warm crusty bread, balsamic dip and olives ordered as an afterthought. Favourite dish Monkfish in Parma ham was back on the menu, served in a manner you might expect in a Michelin star restaurant. Shared a cheeseboard for one, that was almost too much for two guys. Powerful coffee to finish. Not cheap but worth it.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaExcellent food and service
