Had a really lovely experience at Kiln Workshop. Booking was quick and easy, and the studio felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. There was a great selection of pottery pieces to choose from, and the team explained the painting process and paints clearly before we started. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help when needed. The atmosphere was relaxed with good music, drinks available to purchase, and large windows that filled the space with natural light. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and creative activity.

I visited The Olive for the first time for one of the ‘Mezze & Grill’ evenings. The staff were very welcoming, ensured we were comfortable and were attentive throughout the evening. The Mezze small plates were very well presented, colourful, delicious flavours and there was lots of variety. The homemade cakes on offer were also very yummy, and there were plenty of choices. It was a very pleasant evening in a relaxed and unique setting.

On a busy Saturday, the restaurant was full of people having a good time. We ordered the mezze for 2 and 2 apple and ginger spritzers, and it was delicious. A wonderful mix of flavours and textures. This was the second time I had this dish and it was as good as before. My daughter loved it. Sadly we had no room for pecan pie or the delicious cakes, perhaps next week, with a coffee.

Lovely space and lovely people. So enjoyable and such a personal treat. Some cheaper items for children would be a great addition, for example if you spend over £x on larger items, the kids ones are £2-3 for maybe a small letter or number tile.

Fab food as always. Service a bit disjointed but very busy. Staff friendly. Always enjoyable.

I absolutely adore Kiln! The space is so bright and the staff are so lovely. The options available to paint are so great as well. Also I was concerned it was going to be warm in the space however the breeze flowing through was perfect

Myself and a friend had a really delicious lunch and coffee. Beautifully presented and really tasty. The cakes looked great, but will need to go back and sample on another day.

Had a lovely lunch on Monday for our 35th wedding anniversary. Our first meal there, as we only moved to Martock in March and only managed a cuppa and a teacake when we were down here house-hunting. Can't wait to go again!

This was the 4th time I've eaten at The Olive and food once agzin was excellent. Normally the service is excellent again but this time it was a bit sloppy. Not welcoming enough. I'm sure it is just this time. I will still be going.

First visit, overall very lovely place. Clearly a popular spot, for good reason. Food was super tasty and a decent portion size, perfect food for the hot weather, plus plenty of options for GF. A nice selection of a variety of drinks, failrly priced. The only real let down would be that you need more staff, which would then elevate the long wait times

Lovely venue and very friendly staff. Most importantly the food was excellent apart from the ice cream which we were told was Carte D'or. Not up to standard of the rest of the food, although very fairly priced. Would not hesitate to go again

What a wonderful place to have lunch in Yeovil the food was absolutely beautiful, well presented, fresh and incredibly tasty. The service was fantastic , super friendly staff and a very, very nice ambience, we will definitely be revisiting for an afternoon tea. Highly, highly recommended. We had the salmon poke bowl and chilli nachos with a glass of wine and a Banoffee milkshake and give it 10 out of 10. Definitely one of the nicest places to eat in Yeovil.
