Sunday Lunch is fabulous. Plenty to eat, good selection and pigs in blankets are knockout! Certainly worth a recommendation.

Fab Sunday lunch, could’ve been a tad hotter but can’t complain with the amount of roasts you see coming out the kitchen.

Great food, good service, and a lot of food. I think the colour they painted the lounge is a bit cold, so feels cold, could do with warm inviting colours, but the food was great

Excellent staff, good food, and ale. Friendly atmosphere with a nice welcome. It is handy for us as we live within an easy walk. One of the best, if not 'the best' pub in Newport.

Booked The Last Inn at short notice for a midweek meal out. Staff were very attentive throughout the whole evening. I asked for the waiters help as couldn’t decide between the Fish & Chips or the Steak pie. He recommended the pie & I was not disappointed. Husband had the Rib Eye Steak & Peppercorn Sauce and he said it was the best he’d had in a long time. Would recommend The Last Inn for any occasion.

First visit for Sunday lunch. Excellent service, beautiful home made food with generous portions. Catered well for vegetarians. We will definitely be visiting again. 5 *. Thank you!

We love The Last Inn so much having been fans of the sibling pub The Tilley Raven before we relocated. The dog friendliness, the decor, the service and the food are all excellent. Lovely garden too!

A wonderful evening . We were attended to by a very helpful young man , who was ready to answer all our queries. We enjoyed our meals very much . All were nicely presented and very tasty ,we chose curry , fish and linguini all were delightful, despite being ‘full’ we chose deserts , of lemon roulade and cheesecake both were a delight , presented with a little fresh fruit and a real joy . We left feeling very happy indeed . Having enjoyed the relaxing ambiance.

We had the most wonderful date night at The Last Inn last night. The service was absolutely fantastic and the waitresses/bar staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. Great value for money! They also had a very good selection of wines and the Shiraz they had in stock was delicious. We also enjoyed a pint of Last Inn larger which was also very good! We will most definitely be returning! Thank you!

Sunday lunch at the Inn at Rhiwderin.. absolutely stunning. Plenty of choice on the menu, reasonable price for both 2 and 3 courses. Very fast service, large portions and hot, fresh and tasty food. Will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Food quality was excellent and portion sizes were huge. Friendly comfortable atmosphere. The only downside was that the service was very slow. Apologies were given but good job we were not in a rush. Will definitely give it another go.
