Absolutely delicious meal, meat cooked to perfection and salad so fresh and refreshing. My steak melted in my mouth and the barramundi was so tasty also. The staff were so welcoming and chatty and couldn’t do enough for us, we both loved it and will definitely be back and recommend to others - thank you, keep up the hard work all. A gem of a place ❤️

It was quite full for Sunday lunch I had mentioned previously to owner that food is served on cold plates effecting warmth of food to my mind determentally. We were served by a lovely pleasant and efficient person . However she was working out front on her own. We all had our meals searved at different times so some finiished before others even had their food. Service was her priority which was fine but it meant we sat with used dishes and glasses on the table ofr some time. Our bill for 4 was £95 if Happy Lok want to increase footfall these few things need to be addressed and they'd easily hit 5/5 for all areas.

The staff were friendly,efficient and made him feel like a VIP for the night! He received a mocktail on the house and even candles in his dessert! Our food was delicious and reasonably priced! The cakes looked divine, but we were very full after our huge sandwiches and unfortunately couldn't fit any more in. It's a really lovely place to go for lunch or afternoon tea. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

We got to choose what sandwich fillings we wanted, whether we wanted a plain or a fruit scone and what cake we had at the end. Everything was delicious and we had to take our cakes home with us because we were so full! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have afternoon tea in Cardiff.

She had sandwiches, and was equally impressed with the quality of the ingredients including the side salad. The staff were delightful, as was the relaxed, cosy atmosphere. Thank you all.
