We went for 7 .30 on a weekday evening we waited nearly 40 mins for starters we had prawn cocktail starters which looked lovely but the prawns were warm then a good half hour for the mains,the steaks were good but the mushrooms were cold they offered a hot drink for the inconvenience but we declined, the pub itself is lovely but they need to do something about waiting times

The atmosphere was lovely with beautiful decor and a good buzz. The food was delicious,reasonably priced and arrived in good time. I cannot fault the staff as they were attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Ok but won’t return. Had to ask for early bird menu, one between two of us and all menus stained. Food ok but steak in the pasta dish had some fatty pieces in which wasn’t too good. Quite expensive for what it was. Service ok

Atmosphere very friendly and relaxed. Lovely and clean Sunday roast was delicious, well done to the chef. Staff very prompt , helpful and approachable. Overall, a lovely experience

Took my mum for Sunday lunch, the service was maybe a little slow, but it was quite busy in there and we weren't in any rush. The new extension is beautiful and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals ( there was plenty to eat) and we will definitely return

Sunday roast- best we’ve had in ages! Excellent

Food average - long wait- sat in tented area, other customers v noisy and although we liked the shabby chic idea, it was too much on the shabby side. Loo roll wet & had clearly been down the bowl, carpet dirty etc. The cocktails were the highlight.

First time at Elmas with a lovely friend and we were very impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere. Definitely go again and have recommended you to my family & friends

A lovely family meal in a beautiful venue. We enjoyed starters and mains, no room for dessert. All of it was very tasty. Will definitely be back

Amazing food, beautiful location and friendly staff

My order was incorrect and it was noticed as it was brought to the table but this was rectified, it just took a while. Food was nice but the burgers are very chargrilled which isn't to everyone's taste (I ate mine, my daughter struggled). We raised the fact that a child's ice cream portion and the kids portion should not be the same price and we're offered this free but long term pricing needs addressing. Staff were inconsistent but happy to help overall. The renovations are beautiful and we may be back when it's a little quieter.

We have been regulars at the Yeoman for the past 6 months. Food is always top draw and the service excellent.

Always love eating here when we come to Prestbury. Food is great (slightly expensive now), service is excellent and the margaritas are to die for!

First visit to The Royal Oak at Worleston and I was very impressed with the interior . My friend and I ordered the scampi but asked for chips not fries . When they came they had fries on so the waitress took it back and replaced with chips. I have to say the scampi wasn't particularly good as it had been in the fryer too long. Certainly not golden breadcrumbs more very dark brown. I will however visit again as the waitress made a point of speaking to the chef about it .
