Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldWe first met the owner of this restaurant when he was doing home delivery during lockdown, and we’ve been to eat at M’agrada several times since it opened. Always very friendly service and beautifully prepared food, from a varied menu. A fabulous addition to Lymm’s range of eateries!
Bistro Magrada – LymmThought the service and food was really good - nice atmosphere, good simple food at reasonable price. Particularly liked the Cauliflower Cheese! Service was good - there was just a delay getting table and giving order for food. Wouldn't matter if it was just adults (as we were pleasantly shown to a table to wait and have a drink) but with a baby you could do with swifter service.
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortThe food was good and service very prompt. The staff were over attentive, repeatedly interrupting our conversation. The young waiter seemed to want to flirt with us ( a group.of 4 women) which felt inappropriate and rather creepy. Not at all sure we will return.
Elmas Restaurant – LymmLovely food, cosy atmosphere and a warm welcome from the Salt Bar team!
The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldFantastic meal again, great food, good service and nice atmosphere
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldI had a really nice night here. The food was great and there was a real homely feeling about the place.
The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldA lovely find ! Called for breakfast on Friday but will definitely book for dinner
Bistro Magrada – LymmWent for lunch last Friday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was great service was too and it was done with a smile. Would definitely recommend it
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortVery average, quite underwhelming.
Bistro Magrada – LymmLovely, lovely, lovely!
Sabrosa – OxtonThe food was tasty but nothing special- no different to what you’d get at a chain tapas restaurant. Portion sizes were good- we had three tapas each and that was a good amount. The service was poor- waited to be greeted at restaurant for a while and then when we were the two waitresses spoke to us in broken sentences between their own conversation. One waitress seemed too rushed off her feet to stay and talk to us at any length and kept apologising then walking off, while the other barely made eye contact. No one offered us any more drinks or checked to see if our food was okay. It was quite cold in there. Quite disappointed and wouldn’t go back.
Sabrosa – OxtonThis was our third visit to M’agrada and it didn’t disappoint. Varied and interesting menu with an excellent selection of beers and cocktails. Great food, atmosphere and service. Superb and reasonably priced cuisine.
Bistro Magrada – LymmDelicious, great service. Great wine. Great selection of food, my partner is vegetarian and they had a great selection. Definitely will be visiting again. Gracias.
Sabrosa – OxtonBeen for breakfast twice and it’s absolutely superb food in a lovely setting and reasonably priced.
Bistro Magrada – LymmCute little restaurant with great food and friendly staff, what else could you ask for!?
Bistro Magrada – LymmSuperb food, meatballs were fantastic! great service and such a lovely atmosphere too.
The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldWe booked a last minute table last Friday for an early dinner for 3. Even though Covid had made them short staffed, the service was superb. The menu is just the right size to give a good choice and we could have ate all of it. Would definitely recommend. The recommended wine was also lovely. The presentation of the food was really pretty too. Style and taste, what is not to like!
