The Master Builder – SouthamptonAbsolutely Fantastic. Clean and hygienic. Excellent customer service from entering to being seated. Tables were attended to promptly. Bar staff and serving staff helpful and friendly. Good selection of mains and pudding. It tasted great, hot and delicious. The steak grill wasn't working which was a shame as I'd have liked to try that too. And tea or coffee would have been a nice end to the meal which wasn't available. But overall great price, we thoroughly enjoyed it. My children too. We will be back again ! Thank you
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthGood, quick and friendly service. Good foo. Arrived on time. Made the waiter aware we were in a hurry as attending a show - did all he could to ensure it arrived on time. Wiould visit again when in Portsmouth
Baja Mexicali – PortsmouthFab family meal had at TMB. We'd not been here for a while but we're pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back for more!
The Master Builder – SouthamptonOne again The Platform Tavern came up trumps! 4 of us attended the Friday Blues Night. Food was fantastic, service amazing and music brilliant. Will be back!
The Platform Tavern – SouthamptonFantastic in every way. Will definitely revisit.
Baja Mexicali – PortsmouthGreat atmosphere. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I thought food was tasteless however 2 others in our group of 6 didn’t agree. Wide selection of food.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthWe all enjoyed our Sunday roasts although the potatoes weren’t as good as usual (a bit dry & could have done with a bit more roasting) & the red cabbage more vinegary than usual. However, I do love the the fact that we’re given a large dish of fresh veg & plenty of meat.
The Chequers Inn – LymingtonGreat Sunday roast with a lovely selection of home cooked veg. Especially the parsnips, cauliflower cheese and roasties!
The Master Builder – SouthamptonGreat selection of food all food hot and tasty Would highly recommend Had a great time and looking forward to go again.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthFirst time visiting for a carvery. Highly recommend, busy but understandable, lots of selection and not stingey on the meat neither. Will absolutely be returning
The Master Builder – SouthamptonWhat a lovely pub. Great staff, lovely customers, a really friendly atmosphere. The steak and ale pie was a tasty and generous portion. The Mac cheese was lovely and even if both of these main meals had been poor we would have returned just for the chips! Just amazing! We were en route to the ferry and will definitely visit again next time.
The Master Builder – SouthamptonA wonderful night celebrating my birthday. The food was amazing, very tasty and the drinks were sensational. Definitely planning on visiting again soon xx
Baja Mexicali – PortsmouthAfter a walk round the marshes, we enjoyed the great variety of menu items plus fish specials, and what we had for lunch was delicious. We appreciated the yachting photos and animal paintings. Service was prompt and efficient, with no obligatory surcharge, and we all felt that the bill was good value.
The Chequers Inn – LymingtonVisited on a Monday at 6.30, Perfect in every way. Very clean, nice atmosphere not over crowded or rushed empty plates removed within seconds all food was hot, tasty and a wide selection of foods and sweets (puddings) Visited with 3 others (1st timers) who all now want to go again
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthGreat sunday roast , fantastic beef cooked to medium . Eat your heart out Toby , will be going here instead .
The Master Builder – SouthamptonLovely food and really fresh and hot. Staff were lovely too and great atmosphere. However, it was busy and there seemed to be no organisation in regards to who was serving, who was directing people to their reserved tables etc. There was no indication what to do to find your reserved table - just stand in a huge huddle at the bar amongst people ordering drinks until a member of staff notices you.
The Master Builder – SouthamptonHavnt been here in a long while and took my 9yrs old nuerodiverse daughter she ate more food than I've ever seen as it met ever criteria of a fussy eater without the pressure of a ordered meal. My parnter and I really enjoyed the experience, the food and value for money. Staff were polite, attentive and efficient. We shall be returning for sure.
