We were staying on site so booked here for our first night. Staff were efficient and friendly. Appetisers were both nice but a bit on the small side. Mains were very good. It’s a lovely venue however it was spoilt somewhat for us as while it’s situated on a dog friendly holiday home site, the restaurant only allows dogs and their owners to be seated outside on the terrace. The forecast was for rain so we sat under one of the two umbrellas but this would be an issue in cooler months or if it is raining as space under the umbrellas is limited. The place has a quaint from bar that could easily be used to allow dog owners as non dog owning customers have the large indoor restaurant and large conservatory area. For this reason we wouldn’t eat here again as it’s a strange dog policy.

We had a fabulous meal 4 of us had different mains, all equally top quality. The wine was delicious and the service exceptional as always. Never disappointed!

The ever-changing menu ensures a variety of small dishes: 3-4 each makes for a great sharing feast with something for everyone. Particular stand-outs last night were the jerk chicken with rice n peas and the mushroom stroganoff with pappardelle pasta. The sauce was superb! A lovely and reasonably priced bottle of primitivo from Puglia completed the experience. Thanks: we will, of course, be back!

First impressions was that it was a quaint little shop but if you cannot sit on solid chairs or get in the floor to stroke the cats this isn't the place for you. Limited mobility was highlighted during my visit which was sad but the people I went with enjoyed themselves. Drinks were great, cakes were VERY dense and sweet. Couldn't eat the brownie or the buttercream from the chocolate cake. 1hr time slot so either drink or stroke cats you won't have time for both

The staff are friendly and helpful, we went for the all you can eat and my partner has never had an Indian before, staff were great at recommending dishes etc. Service was really quick! Meat was cooked perfectly and fell apart in your mouth. Definitely recommend - well worth the money.
