The Maypole – SkiptonWe had a lovely Sunday lunch at The Craven Arms. We were staying in the area at a holiday cottage, this place came recommended and we weren’t disappointed. We both had pea and mint soup with fresh crusty bread, so delicious. I had lamb lunch, my husband had beef. Really tasted beautiful, cooked to perfection. Huge Yorkshire pudding, generous portions of meat, vegetables and gravy. Staff were lovely, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nice relaxing atmosphere, restaurant clean, tidy and well organised. Would definitely recommend!
Craven Arms – SettleBeen several times. Great food, brilliant service. They allow well behaved dogs which is a bonus for us. We eat out regularly and this is one of our favourites. Will definitely go again.
