WE WERE A TANLE OF 8----AS USUAL THE PLACE WAS FULL OF DINERS AND ATMOSPHERE. VERY OBLIGING STAFF COPING WELL WITH PRESSURE-- FOOD 100% EXCELLENT- AND GOOD VALUE. Morning we came to the lookout on Monday 26.5.2025 Thoroughly enjoyed my tiger prawn salad , and my mum the same for her crab . Unfortunately my partner was disappointed with the scampi as she thought that would have been lightly battered , service atmosphere 10/10 food the same as I say just a bit disappointed with the scampi, we will return though as we are locals and support businesses

We really enjoyed our visit to the windmill on Wednesday we both had the Steak and Ale pie very nice plenty of meat and gravy the carrots were lovely and the seating was nice prompt service with a smile all in all a very pleasant afternoon we will be back.

Always class food; we went on sunday and had a lovely meal. Great choices and always nice as its a break from the norm. Haven't been to the new venue before and we were really impressed. What a lovely little gem this place is. Once in the caravan park you could be anywhere as you're surrounded by greenery and it's very pretty. The restaurant has outdoor seating, a large conservatory style indoor/outdoor feel where there are beautiful large umbrellas to stop the heat baking you or heaters to keep you warm in the colder months and then the indoor seating area, all done tastefully and comfortably. The food is excellent, well cooked and presented. They adapt most choices to vegetarian or vegan apart from the grill menu. For example you can have lasagne with meat or veg, fajitas and curry etc. Well worth a visit.

We have been coming to The Craven Arms now for nearly six years on and off (before and after we moved to Yorkshire) and it is our favourite place to eat. Delicious food and a nice, friendly atmosphere with lovely staff.
