First visit and a lovely night. Food was delicious, service friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to support dietary requirements. Will definitely go back.

We have been before a year ago so knew we needed to book which we did the night before. We had a lovely lunch, the cafe is air conditioned too which helped as it was a red hot day. Lots of choice for adults and kids so everyone was happy. We even went for an ice cream in the calf shack afterwards. The only minor comment I’d make is that the tables are a bit small. There were 5 of us on a 4 person table which was a bit cramped. It didn’t spoil it though. Thanks!

Another lovely visit to the cowshed. Very pleasant staff as always. A lovely welcome for dogs too. Even though it was very busy as such a lovely summer’s day.

A last minute decision to go for a family meal. Lovely friendly service, the food was delicious, fresh and hot. We will be returning.

We are came from York to try this restaurant. The service was quick. Our waitress was really friendly and professional. The food was delicious. I ate pork chop and my fiancé ate stake. We've had a huge portion and the dessert (lemon cheesecake) was wonderful! Thanks for make our date superb!

Went here for my Mums birthday, the staff are lovely and the food beautiful. Steak was cooked perfect and would recommend the potato skins.

We had a family birthday meal here and had never heard of the place before as we are not local but my son found it on Google and fancied trying it……..we were not disappointed!! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was incredible. Nice kick to it while still managing to retain its depth and flavour and decent size portions too! The mocktails were delicious and they had non-spicy options for the kiddies too. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend to anyone contemplating going - go for it!

Best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time, the roast beef was superb. The staff are lovely as well.

Excellent honest pub food, plenty of choice, good quality, good value and a very fair portion size too. Would highly recommend.

Cocktails were banging and the food was exceptional, just WOW!
