Great carvery in lovely surroundings with very attentive staff.

What a delight!! From walking in to the pub for the first time and being greeted by friendly staff, to the amazing food and speedy service, we have been truly blown away by the Kings Arms. We visited for my husbands 60th, and were quite a big table, they made us feel welcome and they even decorated the table for us, a really nice extra touch. We will definitely recommend to others and return in the future.

Lovely food in a friendly and welcoming place. 2nd time we have been and the food is always great. The service is swift without feeling rushed. Excellent value for money.

Come here every year always a great carvery, this year we were disappointed. Although the carvery was lovely the service was slow from start to finish soon as we sat down asked for drinks they took ages to come then we sat and waited ....and waited untill I asked so we not get the tokens anymore can we just go up? As we hadn't been told or given any, food was like I said lovely ...we then asked for dessert menus they came and we waited a good half an hour and had to call someone over to take that order, in that time a waiter had came over and cleared all glasses and said shall I get your bill as the next people for this table are here?! We hadn't even ordered dessert, when we did took a further 20-40 mins to arrive baring in mind we only ordered 5, 3 chocolate cake 1 kids ice-cream and Eton mess. The Eton mess was inedible and the worst I've ever seen sent that back was told wouldn't be on the bill.....when bill arrives it was on the bill and I had to ask again for it to be taken off. We come alot here it's always busy and this day was no busier than any other we had been infact I think it was the least busy we'd been. Service wasn't great it was like we were forgotten about and had to call n ask for everything

Service was excellent could not fault the staff. Food was very good I was a bit limited as I don't like things too spicy but the young man did recommend a dish which was good

Went to tabby teas on a day trip to Sheffield. The atmosphere was incredibly calm, the food and drinks were delicious and the cats were adorable. We got to feed the cats some chicken and later played with them and a bouncy ball. You can tell the cats feel relaxed and respected there, which makes the experience more wholesome. Definitely a great place for cat lovers, the cats will come and wander as they please, so it’s extra delightful when they choose you.

Excellent selection of Indian dishes and cuisine, staff friendly and attentive a great meal and night.

Usually come here for sunday roast and enjoy it, however, this time was Friday night - the restaurant was quite quiet but food took much longer than usual (over 35 mins) and was burnt when it arrived. Service was good and asked if everything was alright but we didnt have time to wait for something to be remade.

Fantastic bottomless brunch. Food was delicious and the staff are so lovely, they made sure we had a wonderful afternoon. We certainly left very merry. We will definitely be back
