We booked online a couple of hours before we were due to arrive. We were early and our table was not ready which was fine, so we had drinks which we were able to put on the tab and we sat outside. When our table was ready they allowed us to stay where we were rather than having to move. The waiter and waitresses were really lovely and helpful. The service was quick and friendly. Food was excellent. Hot plates, hot food and really tasty. We had the sharing for 4 Sunday Roast and there was plenty to go round. We also had plenty of gravy, which is a must.

We only get to come once or twice a year when we are up on holiday but the staff still remember us which is great customer service. They are super friendly and polite, and although always busy are attentive and helpful. The food is incredible. You can customise dishes with no problems and swap things around if you need or would like to. I will always come here when I am in Brid as we love it. 10/10. If you love proper Italian Food that is made fresh for you then you must come here.

We booked a table for 4 people & asked for a table with plenty of room as we had 2 large dogs. The table was perfect in a corner with lots of room for the dogs lay. Starters were excellent, especially my Queenie scallops. We had seafood parcel, steak which was cooked perfectly, mushroom pasta & stroganoff. Could not fault to food at all. Tasty & plentiful. Nice touch having the we ooden game on the table to entertain whilst our food was freshly cooked. Would Definitely return and recommend.

We go here on a regular basis as we know we will always love the food, staff and ambience . Staff are very professional and warm, food is large portions and has a large menu for different tastes .. Can eat inside main dining area or beautiful glass conservatory, and outside ..

My wife and I booked to celebrate our 54 th wedding anniversary we were not disappointed the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and we had a lovely night we also like going to the Gusto also which has recently just opened Excellent both venues highly recommend

Got the chicken burger and the chicken was very dry and chewy. We were given a pudding menu which stated if you buy a pudding you get a hot drink for £2 however they charged us full price. When I questioned it they said thats for lunch only however it didnt state this on the menu so they did honor it. They even forgot to give us the drink and we had to ask for it.

Lovely meal and staff. Really enjoyed our evening. Even better with the early bird offer.

Brooks has become our favourite place to eat in Ilkley. We did a four week holiday touring Sri Lanka and loved the food…and the people…3 years ago. Brooks brings back wonderful memories and ticks all the boxes. The food is amazing with flavours that excite, the portions are perfect and the service is 5 star.

Wasn’t expecting a great atmosphere being a Tuesday but the place was buzzing. Sat downstairs in the bar area and the staff working in the kitchen and at the bar were cheerful and clearly enjoying their work. Food was delicious, served fresh and full of flavour. Good choices of drinks, including non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks. Highly recommend.

Main superb, of fish parcel and lobster sauce. Scallop starter was overcooked and scallops tiny which was disappointing, garlic sauce and homemade bread was excellent. Outstanding service and lovely setting.

Brought 5 customers here for a meal. The first time they visited and impressed. Booking was straightforward, sat on a scorching day inside where the air conditioning was welcomed, prompt attentive service and excellent food.

Early evening meal on Bank Holiday Monday. The location and surroundings are beautiful and being able to sit out on the sun terrace was lovely. The food let the experience down, The BBQ rack of ribs, the meat was dried out, very salty even before the over powering BBQ sauce. The fish & chips, the batter was very greasy and soft. But the homemade chips were amazing, who doesn't love proper (not frozen) potato chips. Service was good and atmosphere was lovely. Hopefully next time food may be as good as the atmosphere.
