My group of 13 fellow walkers enjoyed a lunch and drinks at the Kings head. The food was excellent and served excellently and promptly. All the staff were very obliging ensuring we had a great day. We would not hesitate to visit again.

The Maypole – SkiptonWe have 2 dogs and we are always welcomed warmly. The service is great and the menu range is excellent- caters for most dietary requirements. The food is excellent and the beer choices are ample !! We go each year when we visit, it’s a must visit!!
The Kings Arms – RichmondLovely place but the meal wasn’t as nice as it normally was. I had roast beef dinner the potato was cold inside so I warmed it up with gravy. The veg was lovely and meat was nice. Just seemed a bit bland. Another guest had Parma but he left some of it saying that the chicken didn’t taste right and the topping was quite sickly. I must admit we didn’t complain as it was my daughter’s birthday and didn’t wasn’t to make a fuss. Service was a bit slow as we waited for an hour before we got any food

The Yorkshire puds are so big they have their own postcode. Staff were super helpful and very nice. Sticky toffee is lovely. Reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.
