Had a lovely meal here Sunday, such good value we had the 2 courses for a tenner, staff were lovely and the cocktails were perfect, would highly recommend x

Came for a lovely meal with the family, food was gorgeous as usual and staff all lovely, only disappointment was 8 of us was all squashed on a table when the was plenty more room within the restaurant especially when there was 2 people sat on a 10-15 seater table. Other then that we absolutely love this restaurant and visit often

Went Sat night Food was superb. Had a lovely atmosphere. Staff very attentive, friendly, helpful and I would definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait for next visit.

Went yesterday with my Mum for a meal before going to the Theatre. Pub was cosy and friendly. We both ordered the Ploughman's Lunch. It was very nice my only criticism was maybe putting more salad ie tomato and cucumber. The pie was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

Warm and welcoming… Took the family for a birthday meal and had a really nice time, food was well presented and tasted really good, service was quick and the girls were really friendly and looked after the kids well with crayons and letting them pick from their own special menu, which is very important when you’re 9 and independent! Decor and atmosphere couldn’t fault, will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous food. Couldn’t fault one part of the food! Portions are huge! The girls give great service! Very friendly! Been twice in two weeks! Can’t wait to go back!

The food was lovely. But the service was very slow. There was also no tomato based vegetarian pasta options. They were all cream.

08.04.22 - Attended the resteraunt after seeing many favourable reviews in the media and an offer of 50% voucher on local site. The selection of two “ Sessions “ when booking a reservation allows both diners and resteraunt to plan expectations and organise resources.The alternatives on the three course session allow a degree of choice on the night with the Taster option allows the resteraunt nto demonstrate their expertise across a variety of dishes. I found the delivery of a single Scallop for a starter disappointing in that there was not enough content to enjoy the accompanying vegetables and sauce.The rack of lamb dish was however very well cooked and well enough to enjoy. The service is operated by a team of young women who were attentive and available to take orders and clear finished plates. The casual environment fits well with the size of the resteraunt , but It does not fit with any customers who just want to “ Drop In “ for a cocktail or coffee.You cant please all the people all the time .I believe resteraunt should restrict the business model to doing what it does best.I find that the price for the threes dish menu to be too high and would be much more acceptable at a price of £30, with Taster menu priced at £50..At this level . I Believe this resteraunt would keep attracting those Customers who appreciate value fir money in a comfortable environment.. At the early evening we attended , there was also an extended delay in the delivery of the food , so would also recommend this delay be reduced..To aspire to any further gourmet accolades this resteraunt should just sharpen up on the delivery of good food while concentrating less on over presentation .
