Great food and great service as always. Staff are fantastic!

We visited as a party of four with a young child. The adults had the Meze and we ordered a plate of ribs for our six year old. Food was fantastic. All hot and fresh and a huge variety of dips, salads, meats and seafood. We couldn’t finish it all and had to ask for carry out to take home. We even got free ice cream and baklava. Atmosphere was really good and staff friendly and helpful - especially George. Will definitely be going back soon and would highly recommend.

Food was lovely, staff were apologetic and pleasant, but that's where it ends. Poor management amd organisation. Upon entering we had to join a queue in the doorway where there was a large group paying individually. Our reserved table was not ready, even tho it was not full. Then told it was ready, only to find another waitress had given it away! So we found ourselves waiting in the doorway again. Payment should be made at the table, and the desk used solely for greeting customers. No condiments on the table, and the vi negar bottle looked like it had come from the chippy. My online dietary request had not been done, even tho they were happy to organise it once I got there. The tables were much too close together, no privacy whatsoever. Then even tho we asked for the bill at the table we were expected to go and queue in the doorway again to pay! It's a restaurant not a fast food place!!!! People at the table next to us asked 3 times where their drinks where. Our coffees were luke warm and more like warm milk! It's a poor relation to other Brazilians such as Brembrazil! These issues need addressing if it is to compete!

Celebrated my sons 21st. Food was delicious and great value for money. Atmosphere suited all ages. Service was spot on. Could not fault anything .

Me and my husband had a meal here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Food was fab and service even better. Good home cooked fresh food at a reasonable price in a relaxed setting. We aren’t from Liverpool but if we returned we would definitely come back again.

We went on new year’s as a group of 4 , this restaurant as always is great ! Food and staff are amazing. Special thanks to George and again as always Chris . We loved the old restaurant but like this one even better !

Visited last night. Food very average and poorly presented - steak, chips and half a grilled tomato. Nasty smell at the bar so moved tables as had been seated originally by the bar. Atmosphere average and service average. All in all a very lacklustre meal and will not hurry to return.

We went for 3 course meal with a Groupon voucher. The food was delicious, hot & generous portions. The staff were really nice & the decor is lovely. Would definitely go again & recommend it.

Booked Groupon afternoon tea. Food was lovely as where staff. Room we were in needed updating white leather chairs were dirty.

Amazing food, love coming here. However, was let down by poor service waiting over 15 minutes for drinks, even longer when asked for the bill.

Visited New Years Eve - 6.30pm still there 9.20pm service a little slow but expected as they were very busy. Food was great, as always, and staff were pleasant. We were sat upstairs for first time, never new it was there. However atmosphere ok! Will be going back.

Ate here on NYE, food was amazing as was the service (especially George). Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Great value for money too, couldn’t finish our meals, so much food.
