A fantastic choice of excellent dishes, friendly staff and great service make this our number one choice for a great family meal out.

I was so impressed with the food and service from the Dean... The food was amazing and the staff couldn't be more helpful... I've been telling everyone about it and can't wait to go back.

The good was lovely & the service was very good I was however very disappointed with my bill! I asked if I could set up a tab for myself as I had paid the deposit of £25 because we were a party of 35 & everyone was paying for their own families. When I came to pay other people had also thought they had a tab & then it became difficult to sort the bill out. Catherine ( I think that was her name ) was very helpful but it was difficult to sort out. I ended up being the loser as i paid more than my fair share. We are planning on making it a regular neet up & would like confirmation that i will not end up oug of pocket again. thanks

Very good value deal and helpful staff. Cool in restaurant but they did turn off air con Needed a paper voucher for Groupon deal Would certainly go again

My husband and I went here on Saturday evening for dinner and had a fabulous meal (portions too large!) in contemporary surroundings served by excellent staff. We enjoyed good hearty food and so much so that, we went back the next day! Can highly recommend it!

Went to the restaurant as a table of 5 last night. Third visit to the restaurant; the food is so good. Unfortunately the restaurant was very quiet which is a shame if the restaurant has to eventually close as the food is excellent

A very nice cafe in a rural river Dee location. surrounded by fields and view of Wales. I enjoyed my lunch of a well priced soup and a sarnie.

Great afternoon tea plenty of choice cakes were gorgeous would recommend to friends and family and will be returning again I have tried many venues for afternoon tea around the city and have to say the Richmond is one of the best

Booked breakfast for6 people on Sunday morning. Had to change the time last minute and the staff were very helpful. Lovely clean and bright seating area and buffet breakfast was great. Enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend it to others and will be going again soon.

Had our dads 75 th birthday meal , we booked a table for 11 of us and the service from staff was excellent. Food was lovely and served very quickly ,will definitely be back , highly recommend.

We have been to the sea on a number of occasions and every time has been wonderful. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional . The food is always sublime, and the atmosphere is wonderful , we will return and return and return .

We had afternoon tea with my husband on August 15th. This was our first visit to this hotel. Great atmosphere, delicious cakes and sandwiches with amazing serving. We were delighted. And a special thanks to Alexandra who made our day bright. Alexandra is a wonderful worker with high professionalism, very kind, attentive and executive. Thanks to the whole team for the well-organized work!
