Good quality Chinese without entering into the realms of high class. Good service, tasty food, typically Chinese environment. Good choice for an inexpensive Chinese.

Fung Lok – Mossley HillNice Bohemian atmosphere. No pretension bar/restaurant. Although they seem to have whacked up the prices in the last year, making it not quite the cheap option it used to be.
Keith’s Food & Wine Bar – AigburthComes highly recommended. Excellent range of foods, including a well-stocked Specials board. It manages to maintain a homely pub setting but with a refined restaurant edge. Would definitely go again.
Bear and Staff – WooltonI love this place!! Gorgeous food, served by gorgeous staff in a gorgeous location. What more could you ask for?
Marsh Cat Restaurant – HeswallBeen there on three occasions (2 lunches and a supper) and I am impressed by this restaurant. Dim Sum was excellent and the river view make this place a must go. Unlike the others I have never had any problems regarding the service of this restaurant. Recommended.
Chung Ku – Liverpool City CentreThe greatest take out in Liverpool by far the Cantonese style sweet and sour pork in my fave, staff always friendly worth travelling to childwall for.
Chung Ku – ChildwallThis restaurant can be summed up in one word "superb"
Light Of Bengal – AigburthVery pleasant with a lovely water feature below the restaurant. I went in there at lunch time and there was a very good business menu.
Tai Pan Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreA lovely place to eat. Good food and a relaxing atmosphere
Keith’s Food & Wine Bar – AigburthExcellent food for the price you pay and the service was quick and polite at all times. Cannot fault it and will becoming a regular.
Lalqila Restaurant – BootleVery cool place, nice staff, only popped in for one, ended up there all night. Good food/drink/music/people.
Schmooze Wine Bar and Eatery – Mossley HillMyself and a group of friends dined at Blundell Street for a birthday celebration. Both the food and ambience were excellent. The staff were very attentive and the music and entertainment was great will definitely go again
Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreDined here on the recommendation of some friends. We were very impressed. We will return!
Julian’s Restaurant – HoylakeA very enjoyable night out, lots of fun, and entertainment cant wait to go back !!!!
Sapporo Teppanyaki Liverpool – Liverpool City CentreWhat a delight to walk into a restaurant and be greeted and seated straight away. I chose to have the food from the bargain section on the two courses for £9.90 on a Sunday evening! The food was tasty very nice. The atmosphere and music were aligned with each other just right. My only down side that I can think of is that they should give more of a choice on the bargain side of the menu, we were going to have a desert but because of the limited choice we chose not too, none tickled our tastebuds.
Ego Mediterranean Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreI visited Piccolino's for the first time last night; my husband took me for my birthday meal. It was a wonderful choice with top quality food that evidently used the freshest of ingredients and service that was attentive and aware of our needs without being pushy or intrusive. For starters my husband had a selection of breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, I asked for a small portion of the wild mushroom risotto (available as a main) which was perfectly cooked and delicately flavoured without being bland. For our main course my husband chose the crispy duck which he raved about (although not particularly a duck lover I tried this and found it quite tasty too), I selected chicken stuffed with smoked ham and mozzarella on a bed of sweet peppers and can heartily recommend this. We both had the garlic and rosemary roast new potatoes as a side. For pudding we both had the chocolate nemesis, which is a warm and gooey chocolate pudding served with almond ice-cream sat on biscotti......this was so yummy words can not describe it! We also shared a serving of the tiramisu, this was divine, the marscapone having being whipped to a light fluffy texture it wasn't heavy like I have found it to be elsewhere.
Piccolino – Liverpool City Centrea place Liverpool has needed for a long time. A great night, couldn't fault it. Peter Glover, TM3.
Sapporo Teppanyaki Liverpool – Liverpool City CentreOne of the best kept secrets in Liverpool. With an extensive menu, friendly, efficient staff, and whilst it is still lesser known a great relaxing ambience. Definitely my vote for the Indian Restaurant of the North West. Simon Liverpool.
