Much better Tapas than la Tasca in Liverpool centre, very good atmosphere, and nice friendly staff, only problem was a bit dark to see menu would recommend any time Adele Crobsy (my fifth visit)

Tapas Tapas – WaterlooFrom the minute we walked in we were impressed! The decor has to be seen to be believed. Couple of lovely cocktails at the bar before dinner followed by some great food. Great mix of flavours but not straying too far from the favourites! Service was lovely everyone was very nice and atmosphere both in the restaurant and bar was relaxed and yet vibrant at the same time. Will definitely be back for more!
Alma De Cuba – Liverpool City CentreOn entering the building, I was greeted very enthusiastically by an older lady with red hair and extremely long eye lashes. I was sat at a very nice table in the window overlooking the beer garden, the ambience was fantastic. On ordering my meals at the till i was welcomed by a smiling polite young girl with blonde hair, she took my order promptly and i was at the till for no longer than two minutes, she offered me drinks which were to be brought to my table, they arrived promptly. Soon after receiving my drinks the starters arrived beautifully presented. the staff were delightfully helpful and pleasant, the food was tasty and well presented. overall my trip was one which I will definitely not forget, and without a doubt i will definitely return.
Chapel Brook Brewers’ Fayre and Travel Inn – PrescotHad a really good meal and wine for Dads 70th on Saturday night. Its not cheap but it does have class. A good family night out with no scallys in sight! I felt safe and secure and only a cheap taxi ride away from my parent? house. Well done Owens keep up the good work.
Owens – ChildwallI must say I was very highly impressed with Magic Spices, the staff were very friendly, chatty and the magician was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Was recommended to me by a friend. 9/10 Ammy Lincoln
Magic Spices – WallaseyBeautiful Thai food, work of art. impressive , We will be back with more friends.
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyBy far the best Italian in Liverpool! I phoned in the daytime to book a table for 9, got there at 8.50pm and table was ready (restaurant was busy so advisable to book - even on a Thursday night!). I wasn? too sure what to go for on the menu so i picked a Penne dish, hoping it would be nice... It was gorgeous!!! and the dessert just as good!!! What surprised me the most was the price, i was expecting it too be a lot more expensive that it was, but hey, I? not complaining! Fantastic, anyone who like Italian and has not tried this place, pick up the phone now and book yourself a table!
Il Forno – Liverpool City CentreThe food is beautiful and presented very appetizingly - can't fault it in anyway. This is a superior Indian Restaurant; Infact we are going again this weekend.
Spice Club – MoretonWe went on a busy Friday evening to take advantage of the Early Bird menu. The food was very nice, although not the quantities I was hoping for. The service was very poor, it was nearly 40 mins between asking for the bill and someone even asking whether we were ok. It was busy, but the staff never apologised for that. Would visit again but on a less busy night and I would try the full menu next time.
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreWe visit The Anchor about once a month usually at teatime on a Friday. It can be very busy and at times there isn? enough staff to cope. Saying that though, the food is varied and well presented and the surroundings are pleasant. We have never had a bad meal in there. Worth a visit!
Anchor Inn – HeswallMy big sister and her husband back in the early eighty's told me of a place they went at 1 o'clock in the morning for great food. I thought wow a food place that is still open at that time of night!(I was 13) It wasn't till I was older my sis took me there, i thought i knew what a curry was (chippy effort!) until I had chicken Macanwalla!I'll never forget it. I still get to the royal but live near Light of Bengal little sister of the royal, whom I cant fault either. The lads that work in the two restaurants are well nice. Ray the Boss, you Rule.
Royal Tandoori Restaurant – WavertreeIf you?e looking for a hearty breakfast you will certainly get it here, the Traditional costs just £1.99 and there is a veggie option too. There are many items on the breakfast menu all well priced. There is an excellent choice of main meals, snacks and sweets which cost a little more. Depending on the time of day you go there will determine how quickly you are served. Breakfast time can be very busy and there never seems to be enough staff to cope.
The Welkin – Liverpool City CentreMy workmates and i visit The Manor regularly. We try to dine out once a month and have been to almost every eatery in The Wirral but we keep on coming back to The Manor. We?e had a couple of retirements and 60th birthdays there and every time we?e had a lovely meal. We always visit Sunday evenings and there is a set menu for a very reasonable £10.95 for two courses with sweets being approximately £3.50 each. Great selection of starters, mains and afters. Like everywhere else, it? the wine and soft drinks that bump up the bill. Menu changes regularly and if you are looking for somewhere for that special occasion it is definitely worth a try. You won? be disappointed!
The Manor – GreasbySo pleased to find a completely non-smoking cafe with such a good variety of food. They had background music playing but it was nice because it wasn? deafening like a lot of places I?e been to. Staff were efficient, food served quickly and place was spotless. Definitely worth a visit or two. Tell your friends!
The Terrace – MoretonThe staff are very friendly and helpful, always a nice atmosphere in there. Good selection of hot and cold snacks, main meals, cakes and drinks. Nice clean place to eat, and Pam in there makes great chips!
Sayers Cafe – WallaseyMy guests and I were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. All three courses of our meal were beautifully presented and were served by cheerful courteous staff. The delicious meal, excellent wine and lovely ambience ensured that a very enjoyable evening was had by all. See you again soon....
Julian’s Restaurant – HoylakeExcellent, especially the waiter named Tommy
Tai Pan Restaurant – Liverpool City CentrePopped in on the off chance of getting a table last Saturday, (derby day so town was very busy) and was accommodated immediately. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was superb. Would not hesitate to recommend the restaurant.
