Food and atmosphere were absolutely lovely, service a bit slow but they were busy. The staff were friendly and having fun with Christmas parties around us. Really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back! Thank you x

Honestly amazing... stunning food

Nothing is ever too much trouble! One of the new dishes wasn’t going on until the evening menu, but the chef said no problem and did an amazing fish dish for two of our party! Service is always spot on, very relaxed and chilled place ❤️

Been wanting to come for a while and booked to take my mum Oh how lovely it is in side felt like I was back in time or alice in wonderland Lovely staff so welcoming and beautiful light lunch of beef sandwiches and a massive tea for two !! Thank you can’t wait to come again

The place was very welcoming and cosy. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the food was good. If I was being picky, my penne mafiosa wasn't as hot as it could be, and there didn't seem to be as much pasta in the dish as the canneloni in my companion's dish. She said the canneloni was delicious, but needed more spinach to offset all the meat. However, they both tasted beautiful, and both the garlic bread and dressing on the salad were lovely - especially the little green olives. I could have eaten those all day.

We visited twice whilst staying in the area. The food and drinks were amazing, as was the service. Really friendly and helpful staff. We will be back in the future hopefully!

Never been here before but now our No 1 go to Restaurant in Manchester for the Palace Theatre. Absolutely brilliant place, great food, fantastic staff, good service and reasonable prices, what is there not to like,

Wow what an amazing time. To start with the decor is vibrant, bold and tasteful. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful around deciding on what dishes to choose. Cocktails were fantastic, especially the strawberry daiquiri. Food was the nicest I’ve had in a very long time. A party of 8 with everyone choosing something different so we were able to get each others. I sampled everything and it was truly delicious, my favourite was the bbq makhani wings, lamb rogan Josh and the haldi on the bone chicken. Food came promptly and everyone was more than happy with the generous portions, which meant doggy bags to enjoy at home. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great meal and service..... Only complaint was the long line to pay on Exit.......the Manager on the desk for payment was not his usual cheery self....!, very abrupt and no thank you for your custom mentioned....or sorry for keeping you waiting. Remember service with a smile at all times.....customers keep your business ticking over, and there are many places in Manchester to dine out.

We booked a meal for a party of 6 last night, fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Really enjoyed our night and would highly recommend. Great value for money.

Each time we have dined at Mario's we have been treated with courtesy and enjoyed every minute / he always tries to seat us in a warm area ( could be cos we are aged )
