3rd visit to A Tavola, this time for my Birthday. Not disappointed, lovely food and friendly staff. Busy restaurant, but not made to feel rushed and staff attentive and make time to discuss menu and drink options.

I came with a friend this week we both ordered afternoon tea, I am gluten free, I asked and they said yes we can do that for you, mine came with a jam and butter on with no scone (which I assumed as my friend had one) and the waitresstook it away as she realised something was missing, and as I was chatting and was trying make sure they brought my afternoon tea back with a ciabatta in place of a scone!!!! Now bear in mind I had a full ciabatta as the sandwich, a full ciabatta as bruschetta and now there’s a ciabatta to put butter and jam on, I’m sorry but no explanation! I couldn’t say anything as I was shocked and I have being GF when dining with friends it’s awkward it’s utter crap and I’m sorry would you eat 3 ciabattas!!! The Gf little pastries I had 2 where delish! The staff where all lovely but what a shame! Come on!

What a fantastic experience.....had such a good night celebrating a friends birthday. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we sat down and the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly considering how busy it was,and it was absolutely delicious .....not a drop was left on our plates. Thank you for a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back

Get another angle on Indian food! Authentic South Indian cuisine is quite different from your usual 'three curries and rice' fair. Creative, colourful and tasty dishes served in a friendly and informal atmosphere. I treated my partner to a surprise birthday dinner here and she liked it enormously. Worth making the trip and worth booking to avoid disappointment.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Portions were quite big, so some foods would definitely be able to be shared. Food was very tasty, well cooked and served.

The food was amazing I can highly recommend the sea bass, lovely staff can’t fault anything we will definitely be retuning for another meal, loved the interior just perfect.

Amazing food and atmosphere with a magician coming table to table preforming incredible out of this world tricks. They had a great selection of gluten free and lactose options perfect for me and my family. Will definitely be coming back again!

Came for a birthday evening meal. As always food good quality, no specials but plenty of choice on the main menu. Delicious warm fresh bread and hummus shared platter to start, would recommend plenty for 2. We all chose different mains very tasty and good quality. Service generally good, friendly, helpful staff, but had to go to the bar to pay as we seemed to get forgotten about at the end. Not a big deal and will look forward to our next visit.

Great food, fantastic and friendly service. Our table was a little close to the entrance, not as private a position as I would have liked. However, I will return!
