It was very lively when I went there with a friend on a Thursday evening. The food was average. It doesn't seem as authentic as other Thia restaurant, in fact it felt like an American 'restaurant' (I use that term loosely) filled with Elvis pictures. It was an enjoyable evening. Although it's not a place to go if you want to actually have a conversation with someone as it was VERY LOUD and it got so loud we had to leave to go somewhere else to carry on with our conversation. It's more of a club with seating areas and middle of the road noddles and rice.
