Just got back from a shopping trip to Bolton. Dropped on la Salsa. What can I say. Wonderful lunch time all you can eat. Great service nice surroundings. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommended, well done La Salsa.

La Salsa – HorwichMost of the food OK but when I complained about a rather tasteless dessert, the chef/owner comes out baffled why I didn't like it, starts shouting and explaining he doesn't need repeat customers because how busy he is. This place reeks of arrogance where a chef believes he comes before the customer. Go to beerintheevening.com to see honest reviews about this pub. Stay away
Shoulder Of Mutton – Ramsbottomi have been to sunar gaw many times and the friendly staff make you feel so welcome.... the food is amazing and cheap. all my family love it
Sunar Gaw – BoltonI have eaten at the orange tree 3 times now and i cant get enough. The restaurant is cosy and welcoming and you feel like you are on holiday. The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing (my favourite is the paprika chicken). I would recommend everyone to go. :-)
The Orange Tree Tapas – AudenshawMe and my missus decided on giving Madison`s a try one Saturday night. We went without booking and the place was packed out but luckily they had a table for us. The interior was very modern and people in the place where dress from smart to casual After looking on the menu we both were spoilt for choice, we liked everything on it. Prices were very reasonable and a lot cheaper than most places in Bolton. It took us around 20 minute to narrow it down to 3 mains each, at the end I went for the lemon sole Al Normandy with prawns mussels in a garlic cream sauce and it was to die for, It was so fresh and tasty superbly, I'm a very big eater and takes a lot to fill my appetite, but the portion was huge, I had to leave some. My missus went for the pork fillet and she said it was so tender and juicy. Along with our mains we ordered chips and we couldn't believe to amount of chips there were on the plate, there was about double the amount you would normally get and they were fat cut ones my favourite ones. We both had starters but wish we didn`t because we were so full we didn`t have room for deserts. Definitely a 10 out of 10
Hot Chilli – BoltonGreat restaurant - Have been going for months. The last 3 or 4 visits/take-aways have not been quite as good the early days. New chef? Having said that - Its still the best restaurant in Northenden without doubt. !
Dalat – NorthendenI have been to the Room plenty of times and the food and the atmosphere are fantastic. Out of all the places I have been in Manchester the Room is the best for Food and quality.
Grand Pacific restaurant and bar – Manchester City CentreAs first time visitors to this lovely little restaurant, we were totally blown away by the standard of the food and service. this is an absolutely fantastic place to eat, we really recommend that you try it, you will not be disappointed.
Siam Village Restaurant – StockportI highly recommend this restaurant; the food in amazing and the prices are fantastic. The environment calmy serene, and you don't get any hassle. The waiters are extremely polite and I wish to thank Leo and his Chef for an amazing meal that we had with the Chambers family. Thank you.
Dino’s Bar and Kitchen – MontonThis is a regular Restaurant for us. Wonderful dinning experience everytime. Totally relaxed atmosphere, wonderful food as always whether its a Steak or Pasta. Cant wait for our next visit!! Where else can you get a quality meal with wine for under £50.00?
La Roma Restaurant – BoltonAWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!! My fave place ever!
Chiquitos – DidsburyI would certainly NOT visit this place again. The waiters were totally ignorant towards the needs of both my wife and I on our anniversary and when the foos did arrive, it was cold and full of spices - when it was specifically requested to be mild! The toilets stunk, it nearly made me puke, and the service... well... let's not go there... Advised to avoid at all costs!
Pearl Restaurant Bar and Lounge – AudenshawOkay... so I've eaten at many an Indian restaurant before - and I've the belly to prove it; accumulated over many years of gorging on both the indifferent to the sublime Indian dishes for over 20 years! Where does EastzEast come into this? It erases everything I've had in the last 20 years and has redefined the essence of superior quality. Without doubt, it is the best Indian I've had not only in Manchester, but anywhere - the only place that runs it close in terms of Chicken Masala in the Westgate in Bradford (and that is just in terms of the that dish - it's not a place you would like to dine out in - it's one of those 'Roy of the Rovers' type of places - an old favourite). All in all, there is nothing at all I can say to fault EastzEast. The Riverside premises are stunning, the attention to detail and going the extra mile for customers was highly visible and indeed heartwarming as the Mrs and I came on a Friday evening. We weren't rushed - despite it being packed to the rafters, the quality of the food was off the scale and the price - a VERY pleasant surprise. My conclusion - the ultimate dining experience - miss out at your own peril.
East z East – Manchester City CentreI would not recommend this restaurant for service. Although the food is nice, the quality of customer service is terrible, On arrival and departure my husband and I experienced no friendly greeting (not even a smile!). Whilst choosing our drinks, we got hurried along by the woman who was serving us and when they only bought 1 drink out and we had to ask for the other, there was no apology made. When we asked for the bill, this comprised of one figure with no breakdown and when we asked for the breakdown, discovered they had sneakily included a 10% service charge. We are regular diners and this is the worse experience we have had in a long time, if you want a good dining experience try Chaophraya, Tai Wu or Pan asia.
Pacific – Manchester City Centre.I went to La Lupa on friday 19th march with my partner and daughter, after reading all the great feed back that the restaurant had received i was surprised that our trip there was a disaster and we will never step foot in there again, the food was OK, apart from my daughters dessert, that i saw the waiter make behind the bar. Then put it into the microwave, it had ice-cream on!, so it looked like slop in a bowl when it was brought to our table, we had to wait 20min for drinks even tho there was 2 staff waiting on 3 tables, and not one person spoke to us apart from taking our order, not a friendly service at all, never again!!!
Very tasty food and great atmosphere
Lal Qila – RusholmeI together with my husband and 2 friends ate at the restaurant on Sunday and found the ambiance very pleasant. The starters of soup, breaded mushrooms and melon all were good. However, the main courses were disappointing. Plenty of meat, pork, beef and turkey all succulent but the gravy was without taste and cold. The vegetables carrots OK but the overcooked cabbage was sloppy. The roast potatoes not bad. There definitely could have been more colour to the dish with perhaps a few peas. Price wise OK but I would rather pay a little more and have extra well cooked vegetables. The choice of sweet was good. I will try again but before ordering will enquire as to what vegetables are to be served. One other thing I found a grey hair in my dinner, none of the party had grey hair.
The Owls At Standish – WiganLOTUS HOUSE, Palatine Rd, Northenden. My partner and I visited this restaurant this evening with our 5 year old twins. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service and the quality of the food. The staff were great with the children and the menu of Malaysian and South Indian/ Tamil food is well thought out. The food when it arrived was carefully and expertly prepared. I look forward to my next visit to this restaurant and I hope that their venture is a success.
