The food was absolutely fantastic - all I read online + More! The view spectacular. The wine & service to match

Food was delicious once got it .Waited for over an hour for my food .Service was very slow indeed .Only one girl seemed to know what she was doing 3 times wrong food brought to our table.It wasn't that busy either so no Excuses .

We had an excellent dinner at Cafe Fish. The food was delicious and of outstanding quality. The dish with salmon, mussels, and various smoked fish was fantastic. The staff was kind and attentive to customers' allergies.

All I need to tell you about Café Fish is that after I had finished my main course I ordered it again instead of a dessert. The cooking really is that spectacularly good. Honestly, those scallops in a yuzu and ginger butter take you to another level.

Stunning food - best seafood platter EVER Staff were run off their feet as it was very busy and extremely hot but were so friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend booking to avoid disappointment .

We come back here every time we’re in Tobermory- 4 times this year so far! The food and friendly service are truly first rate. VFM…..ok, you’re pricey but good. However, don’t stretch it any further. Cards are a fact of business so why not just give in on this one? The location is excellent but for the complete atmosphere could you turn down the music a bit and consider some light Scottish fiddle music? The noise of Sting belting out ‘Roxanne’ is incongruous with everything else and detracts somewhat from all the things you’ve got SO right!

Fantastic food (including lobster landed at Dunure) and service in a glorious location. Brilliant choice for gluten-free too. Highly recommended

A gem of a restaurant. We loved the local seafood, cooked in creative, incredibly tasty ways. Lovely friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere, amazing views.

Have been to The Ravelston many times. Food and staff were excellent as always, however, we had to wait quite a while for our main courses. I would definitely come back again, however, perhaps the service could do with some improvement.

The freshest fish - I had mussels and fresh mackerel with a beetroot and pomegranate marmalade - so very delicious. Excellent and friendly service. Good wine choices. Highly recommend.

We waited 20 mins for our drinks order to b taken then another 15 mins to take our food order then another 20 mins for it to come the meal wasn’t good I had a sandwich no salad my choice but the sandwich was the size u wld give to a kid my onion rings were warm but soft so not cooked right my friends had the steak pie which the meat was hard and the the puff pastry wasn’t the same as it usually is and the veg was hard so not cooked properly so on this occasion it wasnt enjoyable we go there regularly so we’re disappointed

From the minute we arrived the staff were very courteous ,helpful and proffessional. There were 10 in our party and from the moment we all arrived and where seated all drinks and meal orders were served as ordered .No delays between courses and food was served hot and delicious .Highly recommend the Ravelston for food and service.

The service was great and the food was delicious - a real treat for the tastebuds. We enjoyed the ambiance and will come back for more next time we're in Tobermory.
