We visited for the first time yesterday evening (19 June) and had booked for 6pm inside as the weather was not very good. We were greeted warmly, the service and food was very good. Thank you to the staff for ensuring we were happy, and to the chef for the most enjoyable Spanish King Prawns, Calimari and Catch of the Day which was seabass with lots of vegetables! Generous portions - could not manage a pud! We wish the owners success in this new venture. Given that there are still restrictions due to the pandemic, I have no doubt that the atmosphere and availability of food options will improve when life gets back to normal! Will definitely return.

Meal for 3 last night, decent service and food generally very good especially the steak and chicken burger. I had the chicken skewers which whilst the meat was tender and well-cooked, it lacked flavour and for me, could have done with a little more marinade and heat.

Everything about our visit from the greeting to the service and the quality of the food was superb. We had a great evening. Well done all

Have been a few times and never disappointed. Lovely food and the cocktails are fantastic. Friendly staff. An asset to the village, just what it needs.

We have been several times now and have not been disappointed. Very friendly staff and very attentive. Its lovely to be able to sit outside on the very spacious decking and not feeling cramped. Not a massive menu but there is something for all tastes and everything is cooked fresh. A lovely family business..... just what the village needed.

Managed to easily change from sitting inside to outside. Unfortunately had run out of meatballs but the King Prawns made up for it. Impressed with both the food and service and we will certainly be going back soon

My third visit. New brunch menu, but I miss the old one. I had Green Baked Eggs, there were some lovely elements to the dish, but overall I did not like the main green paste. Next time I will try something else. Delicious coffee. My companions enjoyed the Company breakfast and the vegetarian version. Delightful service and a complimentary waffle. Will definitely visit again.

Took a couple of friends here on Wednesday evening 6:30 table outside. Wasn't busy at that time, but the service was very slow and the waiter/waitress not 'proactive' in looking after us - had to keep calling them over to see what was going on. Food when it did arrive was very nice, just a shame about the timescale ! This was our first visit to The Carriage and it did not leave a good 'First Impression' with me or my friends. - You only get one chance to make a 'First Impression' ! Not sure If and when we'll return.

Came for brunch, loved everything about it - food, music and vibe. Staff were so lovely too - DEFINITELY going back!

We had the most wonderful evening at Company. The food was exceptional, especially the steak, cooked to perfection. Our waitress was so lovely too, friendly, polite and helpful! In fact, all aspects of the dining experience are spot on. We’ll be back again soon!

Had a lovely anniversary meal here (May 2021) - great food, cocktails and surroundings...looking forward to more menu choices!

We were happy to be able to eat, once again, at Company on their first day back in action. The vegan choices were very tasty and inventive, and the service was super friendly. We were even given a couple of extra cheeky tasters, one of which was a great caraway rye bread. See you again soon : )
