A superb dining experience, quality all round, exquisite food, discreetly attentive service and sea views; we're hooked on the dum briyani and those poppadom sauces! Highly recommended.

Jali – HastingsGreat place to call your regular good for both day time and evening atmosphere, healthy and mouth watering dishes. They also do free delivery and catering and have an extensive vegetarian choice! Ace!
Kambis – Brighton and HoveI've been to Black Pearl three times now, and I must say that the food and service have both improved greatly since the opening! On our last visit, we ordered the seafood platter for 3 and although a little pricey, when the meal arrived on the 3-tier trays, it looked great, was delicious and quantity was enormous (much more than for 3 "normal" people)! The staff are very friendly and the music level is just right, so you can enjoy a pleasant conversation too! We will definitely go back.
Black Pearl – HastingsIt was my first time at Mahaan restaurant but I found it to be the best experience of eating out, the food was great, service was wonderful I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.
Mahaan Tandoori Restaurant – WorthingI was very impressed with the Shelley Arms...in particular the food. Most of the dishes were homemade and very reasonably priced.
Shelley Arms – HorshamMy husband and I really enjoyed our 2 dinners. Their fish is excellent and they present a lovely array of fresh vegetables. The service is excellent and the servers are helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended
Pomegranate – HastingsI have been eating at the Indian Cottage since it opened. Excellent service, the chef appears to favour aromatically flavoured food rather than "blow your socks off hot" and (IMHO) the food is all the better for it, one gets to appreciate the full flavour and range of spices used. If you like Indian food give it a try.
Indian Cottage – PulboroughVery very Nice food! Spicy prawn starter is amazing! Just a shame they had the world cup on one of the times I went there. Luckily no sound though!
Los Amigos – Brighton and HoveTook a friend for a birthday lunch, had a very nice meal, the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection & the homemade desserts made your mouth water!!! Lynne, the landlords wife, made us feel most welcome.
The Three Crowns – East GrinsteadMy Husband and I have now eaten in India Gate twice, and both visits have been outstanding! The food is delicious, and freshly cooked to order. There is an excellent choice, including Ostrich Tikka, should one so desire! The service is very friendly and caring, and the atmosphere relaxing. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Curry Mahal Restaurant – Brighton and HoveVery average and over priced - not bad food and service but not great either!
Zafferellis Restaurant – Brighton and HoveWhat a little gem of a restaurant! Food is always fantastic, staff are lovely. I order take aways from here, even though they are the furthest indian restaurant from my house, I haven't found one better in the area (believe me, we've tried them all!) I honestly cannot fault this place,I also like the way that they allow you to take your own alcohol with you when you eat there, brilliant!
