I entertained two friends for lunch on a busy Saturday before Christmas. The service was great, very friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Excellent choice for all courses. House wine also very good. We all agreed it was the best meal out we'd had for a long time. We'll be back.

The waitress said she would ask the kitchen,they agreed to do them even though they were very busy. So good to have this restaurant in Martock that puts it's self out on every count. The staff were superb in their descriptions of the dishes and to enjoy this food in such an intimate setting was a delight. Nothing could be improved. It was one of the most enjoyable food experiences we've ever had and I just want to thank Gordon and the team for delivering in such an exceptional way.

Amazing service - really amazing service actually - and the food was so good and really interesting - absolutely delicious!! Each course was explained to us - the cocktails were great too. Have been before and it was equally as good the first time. Plus we were dorky and asked Gordon to sign the menu for us - which he was so happy to do. We had a great night thank you and we will be back.
