The team who looked after us were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The food was so good, we went back the next night. It would have been good to know the source of items e.g. butchers/farm for meats etc. Dining here is expensive but it is worth it. Make sure you pop into the Cellar bar before your meal to enjoy a cocktail.
